Pharmacy turns their phone off during open hours and are slow to respond to voicemails, after 5 days without an update I reached out to learn my medication is back ordered. They advised me to cancel and order somewhere else. Forgot why I stopped using CVS but remember clearly now

I have been going to this location since it was Jewel in the 80s. I kind of agree with self checkout being terrible at CVS, not just this location, although I didn't have the most pleasant experience at this location. If you're going to continue using weight as an item checkout verification method, please make sure it's accurate and working. My experience was with 4 items at self checkout; seltzer, chips, candy bar and a birthday card. Scan and put in bag, right? Nope, everything I am scanning had a delay, so when putting the next item in the bag, it would slow way down, then say incorrect items in bag, requiring staff to reset it, and have me try again. Despite the screen telling the employee to ring me out behind the counter. They reset it and said try again. So I did, encountering the same results. Keep in mind, I only had 4 items. The employee comes back over, this time visually bothered by me needing assistance again. Cleared the error and went back behind the counter to do absolutely nothing. Obviously ignoring the issue. One more time, same issue, this time the employee telling me I'm doing some wrong, and not offering any form of actual customer assistance, like checking me out manually. I had to get to a bday party, hence the card, and ended up leaving due to the employee being very rude, and still not offering to ring me out. I know others were experiencing the same issue as an older lady next to me was trying, unsuccessfully. It could have been a one time issue, or they didn't push or install updates. Whatever the cause of internal errors, they should never be taken out on the customer.

Employees will stand around and not assist you with checkout despite incredibly large orders. Self checkout is a cancer and will kill CVS

I went to the Minute Clinic and was helped by Theresa Larson and she was great! She was thorough, and when it came to finding an OTC med, she checked all the relevant ones against my current medications and made sure she picked one that would be the safest. She went to the aisle with me and looked around to make sure she picked the right one. She was so nice and it was a lovely visit!

A large Cvs, with many items of all sorts, especially for the elderly, including wheelchairs and similar items, a very nice store and it’s never very cool

The pharmacy is joke! I get it, staffing is short, it’s busy, and the pharmacist is doing multiple jobs of filling meds, vaccinations, and consulting. But be honest with people. If you tell someone it will take 45 mins to fill the prescription and then scold me at the 2 hour mark that people have been waiting longer than 2 hours for theirs, it’s not acceptable to me. Especially if I’m sitting and waiting instead of being home with my sick child. If I would have been told it would take 2 hours, I would have came back later instead of waiting.

Staff does not help with troubleshooting issues with customer service. Lidia, the manager will just have you call corporate. She obviously can't be bothered.
