Never gave my consent to a strep throat test. The kiosk wasn't working that day so I tried to explain to the worker that I couldn't check in but she kept rudely interrupting. We were going around in circles because I was trying to tell her I was told to come back but she would not stop talking over me. Seems like out of spite I was charged a strep throat test I never agreed to. My son had a cough for almost a month. It was mild but yet wouldn't go away. Something told me to go somewhere else when I saw that the kiosk wasn't functioning. I did not want to drive out to Oak Park so I decided to stay but that was a bad idea. The idiot who performed the strep throat test was way too rough that ended up hurting my sons throat. He said the pain got worse because he described the pain as a lump in his throat. We walked out with a service that we did not need and in a worse condition. I tried to dispute it with minute clinic but it seems like I'm stuck with the bill because I've been waiting for them to remove it but nothing seems to be done.

Get your scripts elsewhere if you can. I recommend the one in the Target on broad view. This place always has a line of unhappy patients. You’ll wait for at least 30-45 minutes every time. They have consistently told me incorrect information like that I could get my controlled substance med at a different pharmacy- when I showed up at the other pharmacy they were like that’s impossible it’s a controlled substance. And then they’re just rude about it. Very unhelpful and often out of stock of the medication I am prescribed? But can’t tell you when it comes back in stock or any information at all…. How does a pharmacy consistently be out of medication or behind on orders? Is it a supply chain issue if the closest cvs nearby has it in stock?

This is legitimately the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced and I’ve moved almost every year the last 6 years or so- so I’ve had to switch pharmacies a decent amount. You would think when you’re managing someone’s health you’d be more on top of things but the lack of communication, incorrect information, out of stock items, long lines, and “oh well” attitude makes me shocked that this CVS is still in business. Fill elsewhere.

Can't get thru to pharmacy....no one will pickup the phone. Can't count, underfilled my prescription. Huge, slow pickup lines....are they making the medication back there or just dispensing it?

Always a long wait at the pharmacy. No drive through. At the self checkout when you have coupons you have to put coupons in slot before paying, but if coupons are not accepted, you can't get your coupon back without waiting for assistance.

The line at the pharmacy is crazy. Waited an hour and 23 to get to the front to find out they didn't have my medicine ready.

Just needed a simple estimate on how long my prescription would take to fill as the website and app said it was processing. Called the store number and after fighting with the automated system for 5 minutes trying to get a human I waited on hold for 62 minutes and gave up. Don’t bother calling this place. Apparently either the system has trained the staff that the automated phone system will continue to prompt customers on hold to use the app or they just don’t care.

No stars! But cannot post with no stars! How do you justify filling a prescription the day after a patient has surgery instead of the day of the surgery? Why would they accept a prescription, when they know it cannot be filled? I will inform the physician, specialist, hospital, insurance carrier, and the pharmacy benefit managers (OptumRx). I hope to never ever use CVS again! I felt sorry for the clerk. CVS is the bottom of the barrel!, no compassion or empathy for the patients.

If you want your prescriptions on time DONT FILL HERE.I constantly have had issues over the years at this location and after today l, we will be going to walgreens.Lady told me they are 3 to 4 days behind in filling. Maybe have some kind of warning. When we filled on the phone it said ready for you on Sunday. Well, it's Wednesday and not ready. She looked at me like I was nuts when we were told it would be ready Sunday.
