My car was hit so my insurance rented a car for me. They went through Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the 9116 Ogden Ave, Brookfield, IL location. My experience at this location was exceptional customer service! Garrett was extremely professional, courteous and very clear with instructions of what to expect. The car I was given was very clean and in excellent shape. The return was super easy and there were no surprises. I definitely recommend renting from this location.

My long planned vacation was almost ruined by an unfortunately timed accident. These guys came through.After getting yanked around by three other locations the staff here was extremely professional, curious, and up front of what vehicles they have available. All this despite being super busy on a Friday evening.

Wow! The guys over here bust butt to get you into the right car. After my insurance tried to give me an economy car in place of my SUV Garrett the manager called and had me upgraded. He even waited for me after I got there right at closing to make sure I was set. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

I had reserved a car for a 4:30 pick-up (this branch closes at 5:00) and had a confirmation number for my rental. This car was reserved for a business trip to Indianapolis because I didn't want to put 400+ miles on my personal car. When I arrived I was told that they didn't have any cars. This would have been a big inconvenience and was frustrating for me. Fortunately, someone returned a vehicle while I was there and I was able to use that vehicle.I must acknowledge that the Enterprise representative who helped me, Freddy, was great and if not for him my rating would have been 1 star. He was understanding of my frustration and worked to find a vehicle from another Enterprise branch for me. He would have been successful had the vehicle not been returned while he was working to secure another one for me. I appreciated his efforts.

Been on hold for 40min trying to get a hold of someone. Had a reservation after which I was told they don’t have cars returned. Supposed to get a call once they had car in the afternoon but that never happened. So they left me without a vehicle. Beyond frustrated with my experience. Can’t say I’ll recommend their services or would use them again!!! So disappointing.

Becareful while renting from Brookfield IL location I’ve rented a car twice and given bad reviews with the first rental. 1st car had a foul smell, all seats were stained and filthy. I’ve complained and nothing was done. I’ve received a text message from Enterprise to fill out a survey I gave a bad rating upon terrible customer service and how Freddy and Carolina (site manager) lies. Carolina had told me that State Farm covers rental insurance and that I wouldn’t be charged. I rented the car through state farm and was advised that State Farm doesn’t cover rental insurance so I declined their insurance policy due to the fact that I have full coverage on my personal car so they had me sent them proof of car coverage which I did and I was still charged for their insurance. I called them spoke with Freddy whom said I had to speak with Carolina (site manager) every time I called she was never available. I went to drop off the rental spoke with Maria and was told that Maria couldn’t remove or help me because she was just covering and didn’t originally work there. To call and speak with Carolina in which she will be willing to help me out and remove the charge. I had to wait until 2 business days to speak with Carolina. I called on Monday the next business day and Carolina refused to help me out to remove charges, Carolina was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. The 2nd time I rented a car from them and I figured to give them another chance. 2nd car was delayed I originally put the pick up time at 230pm got there at 2pm didn’t get the rental until 330pm due to a hold on the vehicle so Carolina had to car to get a release on the vehicle. I so like to Carolina and told her I might bring the car back sooner then 2 days that I originally rented. She said that was fine if I bring it in 1 day advance she will just charge me for one day service. I also informed her that I won’t be able to bring in the vehicle before they closed so as promised I brought the vehicle a day sooner and informed them and emailed proof of drop off. The next business day comes and I haven’t heard anything back from them. So I called enterprise Freddy answered and right away asked me how would I rate them I refused to answer until I knew what I was being charged. So they still charged me the full 2 days and stated I picked up the car at 230pm when I left 300pm-4pm due to the hold on the rental. My point is don’t believe anything they say verbally. They are scam artist and will rip you off. I’m still wondering why I haven’t received another text for review for the 2nd rental and it’s been weeks. So I’ve disputed charges through my credit card company and was advised if I proceed for chargeback that it will go to collections. What a shame to be a manager that’s extremely rude and unprofessional.
