Went in to cash my money orders and was refused. Despite the fact there's fairly large "check cashing" sign. While I was there there was a man next to me cashing a check of over $1,000. George told me he can't cash mine because it's to risky. The difference between me and the other customer is he was white and I am black. This establishment treats their customers of color different than the rest. 10/10 don't recommend. Very discriminating experience.

Very speedy service for changing a car title and getting temp. plates . Very courteous and helpful especially compared with other currency exchanges . convenient location and no waiting in long lines as I would have done at the Secretary of State offices. Well worth the fee in terms of time saved.

Ok customer service at best. Wasn't tended to right away so the woman could text. Came to get my title for a bike I bought, They were quick to push me into buying the plates from them so much that they tried to throw that in the mix without my knowledge at first or without asking. It wasn't until I started asking why I was paying so much and for what that they told me the plates were being purchased too. Then I said how I just wanted the title and they were just trying to sell me on the plates and say how it would take the title 4-5 weeks to get in and I wouldn't be able to ride my motorcycle or anything that it'll be better to get it now. I just said whatever and that I wanted to get custom text plates. I guess they didn't want to put the extra work into that cause after trying to sell me on plates the guy basically tries to convince me to not get the custom ones cause it'll be more expensive and a couple other reasons that just seemed like he was trying to get this over with. After everything he informs me the plates would come in within 2-3months and I told him I would just rather get the title and go to the dmv and get plates custom the same day. Didn't care much for what I wanted. Would of went to any other currency exchange if not for the fact that the business I bought the bike from exclusively sends titles and paperwork to this location. Makes me not want to do business at either location anymore.

Called to get information on transferring a title and the gentleman walked me through the process, gave me all the costs and was very helpful in general. So much better than going to the DMV! Thank you Brookfield Currency Exchange, you made my life much easier with this.

It's a little dingy but I've been using this place for years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are great with licence plate stickers, sending money over seas, etc.
