“I want to share my experience with J M Automotive in Schiller Park. I needed a new blower motor for my 2012 (model). It requires lying on your back under the steering wheel and working through a tiny opening—nobody was excited about doing it.
After calling around, I got a mix of high prices and long wait times. When I walked into J M Automotive as a first-time customer—and on a Saturday morning—they immediately gave me a very fair price, told me to leave the car, and said it would be ready in a few hours.
They had no reason to go out of their way for a brand-new walk-in, but they treated me better than I expected. The price was the best I found, and the service was even better. Highly recommend Anthony and his team.”

Zac greeted me and mentioned it could be done if no issues were found during diagnosis. “Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!”

“If you’re looking for good & honest shop, look no further.
After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”
