“I go to the CVS Pharmacy in Brookfield Illinois. I like the store the Customer Service the pharmacy is clean. Basically I don’t ask for help because I see everything that I need lined up neatly on the shelves the manager he’s always nice and so far it’s a great store in the great community very convenient”

“What everyone says: Sears is a throwback to the long-ago days of efficient, prompt, and courteous service. It's what a retail pharmacy should be. You can talk to an intelligent human on the phone Will handle Rx renewals with prescribers' offices and insurance companies. Can deliver. Also fill orders for pet Rx. And even dispose of outdated/unwanted meds. Absolutely worth switching all Rx for me and my husband from CVS Caremark or Walgreens. Never going back! So grateful for Sears and regret not becoming a regular customer long ago.”

Yesterday shopping for my wife without my Membership Card, I went to the Membership Services Counter for a temporary pass! I got much more than I could have ever asked for!
Mary was at the counter and greeted me with a stately smile! I have to call her “Saint Mary” because the Spirit of God, illuminated her beautiful stature and divinely appointed “Gift of Hospitality!” Sam’s Club naturally possessed the Gift of Mary, right out of Scripture!
She was more than professional, Knowledgeable and a pure joy to be of service! She was dressed like a Wall Street Executive and her beautiful sky blue business suit matched her beautiful blue, German, Irish eyes! We joyfully shared mutual thoughts and observations!
Sam Walton’s Legacy lives on through “Saint Mary” at Sam’s Club Number 6384 in Hodgkins, Illinois! Mary Sealed the Deal With a Hug! Mary made a loyal customer for life!
The value of my Membership at Sam’s Club exceeded the value of “Rodeo Drive” and Chicago Gold Coast” Retailers! You cannot put a price on “Mary’s Personal Touch”! Mary is second to none!
On my way out of the Warehouse I spoke to Adrian the Club’s General Manager and had to commend him on his exceptional leadership and management skills! I told him that no ordinary manager could manage a star like “Saint Mary of Hodgkins”!
I have 53 years experience at Military Leadership and 47 years experience a Retail Management! I know talent when I see it!

“I'm so happy to have switched to Armitage Pharmacy from the corporate chain-pharmacy hellscape. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. I'm able to pick up my prescriptions same-day and I can always get in touch with a pharmacist if I have an issue. When I was prescribed a medication that I didn't realize contained something I was allergic to - and I couldn't get in touch with my provider due to it being a holiday - the pharmacist walked me through exactly what to do. Pharmacy is such a vital and unrecognized service and Armitage Pharmacy actually provides it, unlike the chains. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and I recommend to anyone to switch.”

“Love Sams club. Pricing is always great for the bulk items. Always have things i need in stock. Store is very organized and clean. Employees are extremely helpful. There are always carts available at the front. Gas station can be a bit congested at times but the gas station is open til 10pm and you can use the app to pay at the pump. The one thing that sets this store apart from Costco is the scan and go. Sometimes the lines can be super packed but I go shopping use the scan and go feature pay for my items on the app and proceed to the exit. This is an awesome feature. Even the delivery method is a plus which as long as its over $50 it free delivery. Just bought a washing machine online they delivered it install it and took the old one away with no extra cost. Paid under 700 for a top of the line samsung washing machine with all the delivery included. At best buy it was the same price but delivery install and discard was not included in the price it was extra. Sams club always takes care of their members.”
“They put a lot of their stuff in cages. It makes it unnecessarily complicated to shop for simple things like makeup remover.
Other than that, their selection and items have always been good. Their baked goods have always been fresh too.”

I was there for 45 minutes because the insurance company was giving pushback on my husband‘s medication and she did all these different things to help me get the medicine for him.
