“Thatcher Oaks installed a canopy and sunshades in our barn at Arlington Park. Lowered the temperature of the barn considerably, creating a much more comfortable environment for our race horses. “I came in on a Thursday night with a very small job: just needed my dog's name embroidered on his therapy dog vest. Erin was very helpful in choosing a font, understanding the layout I wanted, and giving us priority over larger jobs (putting my small job at the head of the line). Erin sent me a PDF of the layout, which I approved, and then had the job finished by Friday evening. All for $15. I'll definitely be back if I need any other of there services.”
