“Driven Auto in Burbank is the go-to place if you’re looking to buy an EV. I purchased a Tesla Model S from them in 2023, and they took the time to explain everything about the car. At first, I was a little skeptical, thinking they might just be telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. But they gave me the full history of the vehicle, including the fact that the battery had been replaced with a brand-new one by Tesla.
When I later took the car in for routine maintenance, the mechanic confirmed that both the battery and the drive motor were brand new—not rebuilt—which made me feel even more confident about my purchase. Because of that great experience, I went back and bought another Tesla for my wife, and once again, the team at Driven Auto was transparent and informative about the vehicle’s history.

“I had been looking for a car all day with no luck until I came to Love Auto. Jeremiah was so welcoming and friendly from the second I arrived. He has a great selection of great cars (especially subarus) with prices that you can’t find anywhere else. He was elaborate and honest when discussing car details, including the flaws (which I really appreciated) and is very passionate about making sure you, as a customer, are satisfied. The difference in customer service at Love Auto vs a regular dealership is truly shocking. He treats you like a friend rather than a check. I was trying to work within a certain price range and Jeremiah was very reasonable and we were able to work out a great price for a 2018 Subaru Legacy. “After looking for a few months at many different dealerships, I found a listing for the make and model I was looking for with lower mileage than I expected, listed lower than the KBB price.
I came in for a test drive, my hopes weren’t high since by now I’d dealt with a lot of shady car dealerships.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy. They recommended an inspection and even brought the car over for me after I scheduled it.
After getting the results back from the inspection, I discussed them with Fred.
They offered to repair everything listed on the report and even provide new tires! This was done at no additional charge.
