This tow service is great. My Maserati was broke down on i55 going north and they showed up with a 15 minute eta. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Mark was phenomenal and so was his beard. He took me and my vehicle right to the dealership.

A very great guy who went over and beyond to ensure that my car was promptly towed when my wife and I were stranded, and he also dropped us home as a courtesy. I absolutely recommend this company and business.

I got a tow from this company drivers name was Roger talk about A1 service. This guy was very polite. He worked very fast and efficiently. . I had been stranded for four hours, but luckily through my shitty AAA service this man came to my rescue. I had moved from the original location that my truck had broke down at, and he still came to my aid. And I accidentally threw a curveball by giving him the wrong address. Not only did he remain patient with me, but he still came to my rescue. After some small, talk and conversation, I realize that not only was this a great tow service, but this guy was an amazing person. Couldn't ask for more was just happy to be able to come home to my family safely. Thank you to Roger and great motivation and wisdom he had to share with me very cool person, but overall A1 service very professional thanks again brother. Talk about quality service.

These people are awesome! I used them before and needed them again. I came here to leave another review, and I am actually dumbfounded on some of these bad reviews. Some people just get beside themselves. THEY ARE A COMPANY, NOT YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT. But I understand that lol, weird people don't. I mean who books a tow 3 days in advance, the morning of ok, but 3 days in advance lol. Ummmkay.Thanks driver Mark for all your help, AGAIN!

These people are such great souls!!! Not only did they safely come to my rescue but they even have great customer service while enduring such a difficult time. They are very dependable on getting there fast and kept in touch throughout the whole process. I highly recommend to let V&M towing accompany you on your next tow!!!

This company went above and beyond to make sure that my Mercedes G Wagon was properly towed with the right tools to make it to the dealership for service. Their ETA and customer service was outstanding and they made sure to take care of all my concerns. I highly recommend them to help with anyone else's tows. I know i will use them if i will ever need them again.. Ask for Mark the chinese guy with the long beard he is Awesome and very professional.

I'm not convinced this is a real company. They were supposed to come pick up my car after I accepted an offer from a junk car website. They never called, never showed up, never answered any listed phone #, the voice-mail box is full, and didn't respond to the car company. Don't waste your time with this "business".

We were in some dire straights trying to get my wife’s RV (vw rialta) towed. We called these guys and arranged the tow 3 days before. The guy ghosted us and left us in the lurch. Never called us to let us know where he was and didn’t answer when we called. He finally called at 3pm and asked us if we could reschedule. It made a horribly stressful day worse. Horrible service. I was referred to this company via my insurance for roadside assistance and when I called the driver he tried to charge me $67.00 and I advised him I pay thru my insurance. They stopped answering the calls and after 3 hours waiting I finally goggled a tow company and paid them $80.00. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

These guys saved us! We had a blowout on I55 heading back into the City. We made it to the shoulder. It was a massive thunderstorm and we were parked inside a turn. Scary as hell. After GEICO failed us going on three hours we called V&M. They were there in 15 minutes and yanked us out of there in minutes. When both tire shops were closed due to flooding, they had mercy on us and mounted our spare and even topped our air off. I tipped the $80 because they literally saved us from a potential disaster and then went above and beyond. Call these guys without a doubt!

One of the best towing company I have ever dealt with, they are very polite, respectful, courteous, they are willing to help you quick and easy, they arrived very quickly, they are efficient and reliable, took a ride with them to the dealer when i needed to tow my car and i enjoyed the trip, their prices are good, i will definitely deal with them again, i will recommend them to family and friends!
