“Kyle is an outstanding person and salesman. Several years ago Kyle sold us a brand new Honda Odyssey. The only thing we ever had to do with that vehicle was change the normal things you have to change on all vehicles. We planned on driving it into the ground. Unfortunately, (178,000 miles later) someone pulled out in front of my wife and totaled the van. We went straight back to Bluegrass Honda where Kyle sold us our 2nd vehicle. “While their bathroom is small and isn't ideal for someone in a wheelchair, I still choose to give Randys a 5 star rating. They are a body shop and not a place of casual gathering for all. Still, the staff is wonderful. They are always professional and kind. They keep you well informed. They do their best to get OEM parts for their customer and give you all the information you need in case you need to take it up with your insurance provider.
I only have 2 small complaints. The waiting room and bathroom isn't ideal for a wheelchair user. The other being I want their dog and somehow, I don't think they will allow me to take it home with me. Their dog is so friendly.”

“I'm a woman that loves my mustang. I had to put a new top on my car and I choose this place because my dad took his cars there. Being a single woman I have to watch where I go to do car buissness. I have payed more some times lol. Well done be afraid if your like me love your car but only have the knowledge to fill it up with gass lol They have treated me well and very reasonable with the price I agree to pay them. Service is great and my convertible mustang top that they replaced for me looks better than the factory one. They kept me up to date about when I could pick it up. Plenty of parking space. They have a big sign that easy to see. The building kinda hard to see until you turn behind the sign I'm directional challenged and I found it easy lol
If you love your car and it needs a little care this is the place to get your work done. I had to take my car back because of a manufacturer mistake and they took care of everything and put me a new top on with out any trouble at all. I give this place 2 thumbs up”

I went for a grill guard as that was what I thought was enough to guard against collisions with deer and they were glad to do just that but also knowledgeable to point out the differences since the protection I wanted was better to go with this full frame bumper. They can get great prices and quick installs. You can tell they love what they do and I was very satisfied!”

I was out on a camping trip when my car wouldn't start, and I had a hard time reaching anyone who could help. Mikey at Jacob's Mechanical Service & Towing was the one who came through. He was patient, easy to talk to, and pointed me to Aaron Pressor, who got my car jump started and back on the road. I really appreciated Mikey taking the time to help when I was stuck far from home. Highly recommend Mikey and the team at Jacob's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy mechanic.
