I went to this full service branch for the first time today. There was nobody in the lobby. Looking around for someone, I saw a hole in the wall covered by plexiglass. It looked more like a ticket booth at a theater than a teller. This was the only person I saw. They told me that they could not help me with my banking because they were the only one there. Only one (?) in a full service bank? She told me to make an appointment, but I would not be seen until at least the next day. Walking out the door, I thought of a motto for this bank: "We could not be less helpful even if we tried".

I went to Bank of America with my daughter to open a student account on 06/13/23 it was tuesday, banker there informed us that we couldin't be helped and that the next avaliable apointment wasin 2days on thursday at 2:45 pm. Bank lobby looked empty there were no custumers at that time. I will definitly not be returning!

I have been banking here for over 15 years i do go to the Vernon hills brach for a finical advisor. Helen is amazing and i can't say enough good things about her she know my whole family by name and she takes extra time with my grandmother to explain things. Helen is why we bank with BOA!!!

Bad customer service no proper response from this branch .This was my 2 second they didn’t even want to resolve the issue or listen to the issue. Really disappointed they doesn’t even care about about my money. This was my worst experience from Bank of America. I hope they have to listen to customer problems & solve the customer problems.

This is kinda joke, after receiving cash,then comeback to me and asked second time my ID, and asked : “am i use someone’s id” which is crazy.

Horrible bankers ..I walked in the bank but there was no ATM machine. I asked one of banker if they have ATM. She didn't even look at me but just answered " go outside" with very annoying attitude. Very bad customer service .. Bank of America needs to give their employees very basic customer services training.

Very disappointed in customer service at this branch. Went to deposit my mothers savings bonds in my mothers account . I was depositing them into her account that I am co signer/co owner of and they wouldn't let me because she wasn't with me. She recently passed away and I had the death certificate with me. But they wouldn't let me deposit a few hundreds dollars worth of savings bonds into my moms account. I wasn't even cashing them, I was depositing them. When a parent passes you have so many loose ends to handle, and a bank that has your business should be more accommodating to its customers. I hope when that branch manager has a death in her family, she is shown the same lack of courtesy.
