This gas station is very close to me and they always have the best prices. Plus if you download the earnify app, once you get to a certain number of points you can get up to 20 cents off each gallon. I only pump gas here. Plus they have the car wash and you can put air in your tires right there as well. So convenient.

MANAGERS TAKE ACTION
I had a situation where you cashier( Indian guy) was telling me that by BP POLICY they cannot sell cigarets to the person who have a CDL( COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSE) please retrain your workers and tell them that CDL IS A NORMAL DRIVER LICENSE
TAKE ACTION OR LOSE PROFIT
WILL HAVE TO NEVER COME BACK BECAUSE OF UNPROFESSIONAL WORKER

None of the shell gas stations in the area had availability for 89. My experience at BP was smooth.

Keep driving past this BP. Went in to buy some water, chose this special clearly marked "2 for $5" and the employee said it was marked incorrectly and that he could not make the change without a manager approval. I had to ask him to then call a manager. Additionally he only gave me change for a $10 when I had given him a $20. Be careful if you stop... my advice would be to keep on driving.

Paid for a car wash before pumping gas. Tried to use the car wash, but it did not function. Went inside to tell the clerk it wasn't working. After staring at me blankly for 10 seconds, he said the card wash wasn't working. I asked for a refund and he smugly replied "no refunds". Based on other reviews, it seems like the car wash here is fraudulent.

On 7/122 at 6:03 p.m a verbal communication with your BP employee took place after my gas was completed at 6:01 p.m. at 6:02pMr Syed while on pump number 9 decided to open the door while for the customers and the yell across the pump Lane to "get out of here" and move your truck. First he didn't even come to see if there was any concern if I had an issue or not I've dealt with many other employees from this gas station never had an incident I'm African American male and I feel very offended. That was very unprofessional and he did that at a yelling high pitch voice we've come here for the last 5 years filling out trucks up I am a resident I live in Buffalo Grove I'm a business owner and I've never been talk like this ever before that is very unprofessionally and I would like a response back to this

I purchased gas twice from this location and both times my card has been compromised due to skimmers on machine. Buyers beware go inside and pay. Luckily my cc was shut down right away.

Waited in line forever to get up to the machine and it doesn't accept cards...then got stuck because the door wouldn't open since I had no cash and all the cars behind me took forever to realize I was trying to back up. Maybe these cheap owners should fix their signs to be accurate.
