Very rude owner. Saw how rude he treated an employee this morning sounded a lot like discrimination. Won’t ever go here again. Anyone who’s ever worked for this establishment and was mistreated in anyway by owner should contact a lawyer. I hope this owner gets exactly what they reap. Treat others how you would want to be treated. This will come back around in him when he least expect it and through whoever closes to his heart if he even has one! List a lot of money today and in future from someone who sends employees here.

Prices on display don’t match the price on the screen, employee seem to be aware of it and they continue to scam people. After pointing out they didn’t fix it and continued to overcharge the next day. Will report to police if I keep seeing it.

The clerk I spoke to on the phone was rude and argumentative. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said he would be there tomorrow but when I asked what time she was no longer present on the phone and had no interest in helping me. To me, this seemed extremely unprofessional and childish, and I am appalled at the lack of communication and friendly service, as advertised by circle K.

We spend twice- for $7 and $15 wash hoping the automatic wash would work. The rail wasn’t working in spite of us trying THRICE!!!Moreover, when asked for help, staff mentioned we were doing it wrong but didn’t come and show the right way to do it- to sum it up, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of money.The staff could see on camera that the wash didn’t happen and still we could not get a refund.

Gas prices jump by 70 cents in one day. Gas pumps broken or don't accept reward cards. Very inconsistent.

I stopped in this morning before work to fill up my gas tank- it's -23 degrees outside with wind chill. I negligently lock my keys in the car while pumping gas and go inside to ask the station clerk if I can use the phone. Let me also mention I am 8 months pregnant. He proceeds to tell me I can not use their phone to call my husband. Wow! I will never use this service station again. Terrible!!
