I’m not sure why the operations manager was having a bad day, but unfortunately for me, I was getting the brunt of their attitude. I had to go to this location 2x in one day, when getting my passport photo she was being condescending about how I should take off all my jewelry and how I should have my hair… when it didn’t say to do all that on the passport application. I didn’t realize it at first, but my husband pointed it out.
Then I had to go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I went at 7:30PM, the tech told me to wait 20mins. I sat at the waiting area. The SAME operation manager comes to the register and yells across to me that the pharmacy is closing and I need to leave. I told her that I was here and waiting for a prescription and she then says they’re closed at 8… then the tech apologized and said he forgot about me…??? The same operation manager then almost turned away a mother who was there to get antibiotics for her son and the Uber took a bit for her to get there… the operation manager proceeded to try to turn her away. Terrible customer service. Where’s the humanity? I am going to tell my doctor to send my prescription else where. Terrible service at this CVS.

The pharmacy tech was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He offered the discount coupons included on the receipt.

From the Pharmacist to the Technicians at the 20 E. Dundee Rd. location they are very considerate and are willing to help you get what you need. Try and be concise as we are not the only ones needing their assistance.

I would leave this store zero stars if I could. This pharmacy is even more incompetent than the Walgreens one. Their customer service is horrendous and the pharmacy people can’t figure out how to do their jobs. Avoid this location at all costs if you can .

Echoing all the bad reviews...this place is so poorly run that they should be closed down. Dr. entered prescription electronically by 5:30 pm. I call their automated system every half hour and was told "they are working on it' each time. Then to my surprise, when I called a little after 8pm found the pharmacy is closed for the evening! No prescription for me tonight. What happened to the old days of bringing in a script and waiting 10 minutes for it to be filled? When called the front of the store and asked to speak to the manager....there was no one that I could speak to regarding the situation....apparently the store is nor responsible for the pharmacy....see a problem with this? I will switch to a different pharmacy not covered by my insurance and pay out of pocket to avoid dealing with this failed attempt to run a business.

doc had sent script digitally, it was never put into the system. so when i called,
I had to jump through hoops to get a live human just to be told a few more hours then i receive a text 25 min before closing. I wonder why the line was so long inside and outside the pharmacy?
Real nice cvs you take customer service to an incredible new low. congratulations on an effort well done. woohoo!!! NOT!! just face it cvs, the other companies perform so much better. ITS ALWAYS CHAOTIC UNORGANIZED.
please create a line for people just picking up. nothing else, no questions , no back and forth, just pick up and go.
For the first time i saw someone help with cashiering, so it took 5 people in line not including the drive through and less than 15 min before close, that's when a second person helps with cashiering??? really cvs. unacceptable
something seems off at cvs
personally i try to spend as little time there as possible these days. that location too

You can't call this place and talk to anyone, you can barely go into this place and talk to anyone, I'm going to start looking for alternatives to this pharmacy.

They refused to help a child with an infection in his eye and did not sell the medicine. They said they needed an appointment, which could be received in a few days. And let the child suffer with a swollen eye for a couple of days until the nurse deigns to see him. Here you will find vaccinations or medicines for animals. If you are a human, they will not help you here.

Absolute terribly ran pharmacy. Always a 45 minute line to pick up meds. It’s unfortunate that cvs cares more about the bottom line than employ two more technicians for a shift so that work can be productive.

Wow, CVS is has no way to talk to anyone. I went to the drive thru at this store and waited 10 minutes at the window for someone but with one technician and one pharmacist in store, I was ignored while the tech waited on people inside. The tech knew I was out there. Came home and called customer care but after 3 tries for a live agent, was put on hold. After 15 minutes, I hung up. Find a more user friendly business!!!!
