Cashier William is very rude to customers. The lady in front of me wanted him to keep the change for donation to the military but for some reason he could not understand it even when explained multiple times. He was sighing loudly and made a remark about the lady being difficult to the other cashier, i know the lady heard him but just ignored. When it was my turn he was impatient and still rude.

Terrible experience. Store is messy, cashiers smell like cigarettes and weed... most of them are rude and unpleasant... my last time shopping there. Shame, shame, shame. Buffalo Grove you can do better

I like this store, it is located in a convenient location. There is always a place where you can park your car. Large range of products at low prices. I always buy some kind of toy for my little daughter here. The goods are displayed well and neatly. The store staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to.

The Asian guy that checked me out literally sighed heavily like I was bothering him three times while checking me out. Once I used the Apple Pay it said waiting on cashier while he played with the next customers plate that they were purchasing. I didn’t want to see anything because he was clearly bothered by me and I didn’t know if the system was just slow. Once he noticed, he said it declined. I opened my bank to transfer more money and he very snottily said “take your time” again like I was burdening him. No, they weren’t busy either.

I was there today and the asian cashier was really rude she yelled at my daughter because she wasn't loud enough i definitely won't comeback there's other locations with better employees and I noticed there's several people complaining and no ones does anything about this

My daughter came home from school in tears saying that someone had stolen her stuff. I had asked her what happened and she said that during her study hall she went to the Dollar store to get a card for her brother, but when she walked in she was greeted with a staff member yelling at her to put her belongings at the front enterance. After my daughter checked out she noticed her bag was gone so she asked the employee ( who was supposed to be keeping an eye on it) if anybody had taken her bag. The employee then told my daughter that its HER fault for not being careful and that it wasnt the cashiers responsibility for keeping eye on students bags. That employee should be fired and that dumb bag policy should be removed immediatly!

First time shopping here and costumer service is terrible. Cashier named William was very rude. As I was waiting in line a girl in front of me asked him how to use Apple Pay. Which he rudely reply’s just tap it there! So whatever I went on and ignored his rude attitude. So I’m next in line mind you I’m with my baby. While he’s in his stroller my little one starts to cry but mind you we are leaving the store. Cashier William then shouts “shhh be quiet” to my little one. The customer in front of me and I just looked at each other confused as to what just happened. I left the store and didn’t say anything. I don’t know if he’s completely all there or just is plain rude. We were all once small children and as many can understand babies get upset and cranky. Was just a very rude comment of him.

I love to go to this dollar store.So many nice things for my house but especially buying things for my Grandkids!Cashiers are very nice.
