Five stars are not enough to define the quality of professionalism, patience, and friendliness for their staff. I needed to send an international letter with no clue of how to do it. I had the good fortune to be helped by Annika. She made the process easy and even pleasant. Her professionalism should serve as a training model for FedEx center employees.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The customer service was terrible, the young girl in glasses who works there was very unprofessional and rude, she was making a scene because we there shipping with our own labels and not asking her for help. Well we went to the different location because this was unbelievable how she treated us while we were there. Once we arrived in different closer location , they told us that they have to open our boxes because they got a call from the location where that girl works and she told them that we are shipping something illegal. This is unbelievably ridiculous because of the way we were treated for speaking a different language and just trying to ship boxes by our selves with preprinted labels.

I didn't want to give them any stars. The customer service here is terrible. You walk in, and they look up, but no acknowledgment. Once, the young lady was vacuuming the floor and continued to do so until she finished and came to assist me. I have had to go over to an employee and say excuse me, can you scan my packages? These individuals need to be retrained and relocated somewhere else. They are terrible. I live in the area, and I have been going to this location for about ten years. I am an online seller I ship out a ton of packages. However, I won't use this location again if these individuals are there, especially when UPS is a little farther away. I am not a proponent of giving my hard-earned money for poor customer service.

We recently ordered 25 brochures to be printed through FedEx Buffalo Grove's online service. In the past, our orders came out perfectly—everything was centered with no white borders, matching our design exactly. This time, however, the brochures were completely off-center and botched on the sides of the front.
We paid about $28 for the order and were really disappointed when we picked them up and saw the quality. We requested a re-print so they could correct the errors, but they want to charge us an extra $11 for cutting THATS ALMOST HALF OF WHAT WE ALREADY PAID, plus they want the old brochures back which is fine but why an extra cutting fee? I don't understand why they can't just re-print for free or at least at a reduced cost if we are returning the flawed copies.
Not sure if there are new employees or management, but this experience has really made me question the quality control at this location. We have a major event in Des Plaines, IL where the Mayor will be attending tomorrow and they can care less. Customer is not always right I guess.

I was in The FedEx store in Buffolow grove plaza and I was having a lots printing and scanning documents , and this incredible employee came to help me .. her name is Anika and she maid my day . Her experience and guiding me through all the payments and documents were superb . Without her I would be so lost being an old timer . She was calm and teacher like 🌺without you feeling odd . I can’t express how grateful I’m I was meeting her today .

I went last week to print something from the computer they have 25 dollars on hold it’s been over a week and still haven’t received my money I went twice keep making excuses went back again today and now some girl with glasses wants to fight with me and show her all my bank statements like it’s her business I showed her my statements from last week showing her I never got my money but it wasn’t good enough instead she told me to get out terrible service and when I asked for someone higher than her she wouldn’t give me there info never again will I go there and I lost 20.00 if I could give them 0 stars I would

I brought in a bag of clothing and shoes to ship to my son at Purdue University for his upcoming Spring Break Cruise with his Fraternity Brothers and Vid spent time finding the best box and best shipment choice for me. He is so kind, very Customer Service Oriented, and extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He is simply AMAZING! I was so happy and knew that Vid was going to ensure my son received the shoes and clothing. I love this store and will be returning soon to send my sister and her daughters their packages.

I had frustrating experiences at FedEx in the past where, despite arriving first, the staff prioritized customers who had come later. Today, during a visit to print out name tags for a meeting, my task was interrupted to serve another customer who had arrived later, without an apology or explanation. When I questioned the staff, I received no response, leaving me disappointed with the unequal treatment and lack of acknowledgment of customers' equal time value. I asked for my USB stick and left empty-handed. Sad to see that still happens in public places.

I selected this FedEx location because it is near my house. Considering that I place several orders a year, it's convenient to place an online order and pick it up in store.This location is not great. There's a employee with severe hygiene issues so I'm forced to hold my breath or ask my husband to pick up my order to avoid the body odor. However, it's still the most convenient location so I continue to place my printing orders there.On January 24, 2024, I placed an online order to be picked up by 4pm on that same day. I picked up my order at 6:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Annika was the associate who "assisted" me. She informed me that I would have to pay a $50 surcharge for a same-day order. I have never heard of this and, considering that FedEx emailed me to pick up my order, I was quite taken aback. I asked if she could waive the fee since I was not informed - but she told me that she would lose her job. I asked to speak to someone else - but she told me that she was the only employee there. She told me to return the next day to pick up my order so I would not be charged.I was incensed. I placed a $500+ order and Annika was holding it hostage. I needed my product for a work presentation the next day AND I needed to get home to my family. This was wasting a significant amount of time. Finally, Annika called her manager, "Liz" on the telephone who informed her that there is no surcharge on e-commerce orders.Annika smugly gave me my order without asking me to check the quality of the order. She also informed me that she has only worked there for less than one year.Annika needs to be trained in company policies - and she should not be left alone in the store. I also recommend that she be drug tested.I am NEVER coming back to this location. NEVER.
