My fridge’s water dispenser was running incredibly slow and my wine cooler was non stop leaking. Alex came over and fixed everything. He not only fixed everything, but he took the time to show and explain to me what was wrong. My water dispenser is working good as new and my wine cooler is no longer leaking! If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable presence to fix your fridge, look no further! Their prices were also very fair and lower compared to 5 other highly reviewed places I called. I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Ask for Alex!

I called on Tuesday and my dryer was up and running on Wednesday! Alex came to fix our dryer and he was great! He explained what went wrong in an easy to understand way and was very polite.

Gena did excellent job in fixing my washer. He diagnosed the issue on first visit. Global Help was available on the weekend too. Everything was coordinated through text, but was also available on call.
