The database was corrected and the package package was delivered within a few hours of notification of an error in the address. I’ve been buying electronics for years and was originally drawn to Hawk Electronics because of their great prices. Because I live close to their warehouse, I’ve picked up orders there and have met some of the people at Hawk. They are friendly and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. "They had what I needed at the best price. They answered the phone and I spoke to a real human when I had questions. They sent an order confirmation immediately after I placed my order, and continued to follow up with me throughout the process to make sure that I was taken care of. Their customer service is outstanding. I will be looking to them again for my future projects!

From offering alternative parts that would better suit me from what I hadoriginally found, to her great customer service over the phone. After one year I am still waiting for my joysticks or a refund but Kip Poncher wants to keep my $1,468.00 that I paid in Oct 18th 2021. It is now Dec 2022 and Kip has not returned my money... This Company is not to be reusted.

TLDR: Only order from this company if you absolutely have too. They add separate shipping charges on top of what you order online even if you don't authorize it.Ordered 2 items with the company and was notified that one item was backordered, no big deal. They asked if I wanted them to send half the order and then wait for the other half. I asked them if that would cost extra they said yes it would be 2 shipping charges. Nowhere (obviously visible) on the order page was that the shipping would be extra if they split up the order, I told them to cancel but they already shipped the first part and couldn't reroute it. They waited 24 hours and shipped the item anyway even though they had yet to get a reply. Now they they say I have to cover shipping costs if I want to RMA, this would be ok if I was fully responsible but in this case they shipped without confirming what I wanted even though they asked.
