I had a pretty bad experience here, and I honestly walked out feeling annoyed. The staff was way stricter than they needed to be, and one of the guys in charge of the carts with the beard was straight-up rude. He talked to us like we were doing something wrong the whole time even though we were just trying to ride.
They also don’t give refunds at all, which is wild considering I spent $50 and didn’t even get to enjoy anything. I basically paid for nothing. Overall, the customer service was just unfriendly and unhelpful, and I definitely wouldn’t go back.

Not only was it fun, but honestly what made the experience so great was the staff. Maria welcomed us and explained everything with such patience and kindness that we would go back just to see her! Everyone was professional and helpful (and endlessly patient with the fact that we are all scaredy cat first timers!).

I absolutely loved this place, and I had a fantastic experience. It is clean, colorful, and staffed with friendly, helpful folks. The karts are fast, easy to drive and the track has just enough curves and straightway to make it really fun and exhilarating. I highly recommend it.

My son had a great time for his first time! I totally recommend it… it’s mildly pricy but worth it for older kids and younger ( they have a seperate track) it’s really cool!
