I just came in to get some lettuce for a salad, I couldn’t believe my eyes, there were none, the shelves were bare! Is there a shortage on lettuce that I don’t know about? I was there around 11 on a Wednesday morning! I also was looking for the Red baron’s pizza that was on sale and there were none also! What’s going on?

This is the unwanted step-child in the Mariano's chain. Always understaffed and understocked. Prices are often mismarked. Other than a couple of workers, the deli counter staff is completely incompetent and untrained. You ask for thin, and they make it thick. They often cut meats like corned beef with the grain instead of against, making it chewy. Never had this happen anywhere else, and now the "higher ups" won't let the competent deli counter workers open a new product to cut the correct way, just to save money. Go to any other Mariano's, just not this one. It is awful.

The flour I wanted to buy today, expired in October 2022. All of the bags, not just one. Pathetic. Also, they no longer allow you to purchase gift cards at the registers, you have to go to the service desk. No one is ever at the service desk, last time I had to wait almost 20 minutes because the cashier forgot to process my coupons. The exit door is broken and has been, its always propped open. The other exit door doesnt automatically open at all anymore you have to push it with your cart the last few times i used it. The bagger asked me three times paper or plastic in a rough tone and I told her every time, PLASTIC, she then smashed my bags into the cart to make them fit and she gets upset if you try moving anything while she is still bagging. GAH. I dont know if its this Marianos or all of them lately but they are overly priced and underwhelming almost annoying in my book!

Benny in the hot food department is the best, I go to this location all the time just to visit him, he makes awesome steaks and chicken and everything. The location is definitely do for a renovation tho. I've been going here for at least 6 years and it's just as dirty as it's always been, bathrooms are ugly, floors are old, equipment is old.The people are great tho, always available to help and always friendly. Pretty good view from the parking lot too.

I don't know why I ever shop here. Basically it's out of convenience since it is the closest grocery store to me I usually go elsewhere for my weekly shopping since I almost always have a bad experience here. Out-dated dairy, canned goods and terrible produce are not uncommon to be found here. When I do shop here, I will always check expiration dates and have several times gone to the service desk to inform them of out-of-date items. Today I purchased a red pepper and when I cut it open at home it was black inside with mold. So, of course, I had to go back out to another grocery to re-purchase. The people who work here are very nice, but their quality control is terrible. In the future, I will only shop here when necessary and only for canned goods where I can check the expiration date before purchasing. This is unfortunate because this store is closer to my home, but I will never buy dairy, produce, or meats here again.

This is my favorite of all the Mariano's locations. The staff is great. The store is not as big as some others, maybe that's why the staff seems more like friends than people just doing their job.

I really enjoyed the customer service provided to me by the deli guy I think his name was Kristuff or something, I forgot his name but vividly remember the name tag. He was very nice to me and knowledgable on all hams. He was quick with my service and was cute, too.. I had one more item to grab but was running late to work, so I said why not, and asked him where the twinkies were. To my surprise, he knew exactly which aisle and placement. I hurried up to the aisle to grab my item and headed out with a smile on my mug. Unfortunately, when I got home and cracked it open, I saw the date. It was expired. I was very sad because my great experience turned into a sour one. I was disappointed but ate it anyway.

This is the mostly poorly run store grocery store Ive ever been to. There are always lots of "associates" standing around self check out (bc no actual lanes are open) but they're usually just arguing and gossiping with each other while customers stand there waiting for help which is always "on the way" per the recorded message on self checkout, but clearly is not true. The 5-8 employees always hanging around customer service. Half the carts are broken, shelves filled with expired products, & a shift supervisor who apparently decided the best place for a display of chocolate covered strawberries was in the middle of the self checkout area - which completely trapped anyone behind the very first self checkout machine. If it really seemed like staffing was an issue, id never write this, but that store consistently has more employees than customers and you can still never find anyone who can help.

Black employees are so nasty, won’t be back again. Yes, you read it right. Black. And yes I am a minority too, so you can keep your upset comments to yourself.

I had the worst experience at Mariano’s today. I will never come back to this location and makes me wonder about their quality as a whole. I waited at the juice bar for 20 minutes. There was an elderly man at the juice bar but he was making parfaits. He did not acknowledge my presence or calm for help. But what’s more frustrating there was a group of 4 managers to the side of the juice bar and they saw me but not a single one offered to help… what’s more my daughter went to purchase Krispy crème donuts at checkout and the cashier ACTUALLY shamed her for buying them. “I can’t believe you are paying $7 for this” ( they were actually 3 for $5) she responded yeah I like krispy crème sorry. “They’re not too sweet for you? That’s a lot is sugar”Excuse me??? So unprofessional.

I visited this Mariano's a couple days ago and came in contact with a manager named Christen. As I was walking up to ask her something I overheard her talking about drinking alcohol before she started her shift. She stated how buzzed she was feeling and bragged about taking 6 shots before she got into her car to drive to work. I asked her if they had a product I was looking for was in stock and she provided me with very rude and unprofessional customer service. I was left with no answers and very dissatisfied. I made sure to get the managers name before I exited the store. I will never be returning to this location. This woman needs to be fired!

Pork? Hairy. Staff? Rude to the point of me being gobsmacked. Some employee named Christina or christie or something not only used a derogatory slur to address me, but she REEKED of liquor. Never will i ever spend anymore of my rubles here again. P.s please stop overcooking your chicken, darn near suffocated my kids.

Service dogs are not welcome at this location. We were cornered by three employees, one of which grabbed our cart and blocked us from moving. We were asked if he was a service animal by a female with short grey hair and when we said "yes he is" she rolled her eyes and shook her head as she walked away. Two other employees, a white haired manager and an older man named "Robert" in a chefs coat, who grabbed our shopping cart, approached us and said we had to provide paperwork about our dog and that he would not be allowed to get "close to the fresh food." We gently reminded these employees about the Americans with Disabilities Act and were basically told that they do not have to allow our service animal into the store. This is NOT our regular Mariano's, where we buy all of our groceries and have never had a single issue with our dog, who is incredibly well behaved at all times. We were absolutely appalled by this behavior of three, older adults probably 50-70 years old. The manager followed us outside when we peacefully decided to take our business to our normal Mariano's. The manager proceeded to smoke a cigarette 10 feet away from the front doors and watch us pack up and leave. Again, we're shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and discrimination.

Great tasting poke bowls here. Fresh and at a good price. Are always available to be picked up at this store.

An employee accused me of stealing as I was walking out of the store with something I had paid for. I did not have a bag as I try to save plastic, and several of the employees had seen me pay for the item (which they then confirmed after I walked back into the store). Finally I gave them the donuts and walked away without taking my money back.
