What a fresh breath of style, functionality and modern look!So happy to have found this place, remodeling our bathrooms our selves it was hard to find stores with modern style that we were looking for!Megabai has it all for our bathroom, from the super sleek door handle to the vanity we choose that has that natural material so well designed into that modern look we couldn’t find anywhere else on a price that also makes sense.The sales staff was excellent, guided us with knowledge without forcing any extra pressure to sell!Definitely going back for our second bath room!

These folks rock! I purchased a BAI 1233 (48" top mount single bowl with drainboard). I was thrilled to find this sink for such a reasonable price. I ordered it even though I wasn't ready to install it... I didn't want to lose the bird in the hand. I received the sink quickly and superficially everything looked good. I had to wait to install it until I finished another project which ran long. Fast forward to just over a year later (don't ask)...when we finally started the installation, we found the sink had a bow in it making it impossible to install correctly. Without much hope in my heart as so much time had elapsed, I emailed the folks at MegaBai, giving them all the details complete with photos and measurements. The next day, I received a phone call from Natalie with great news. They agreed there was a factory defect in this case and they were sending me a new sink the same day! Wow! I was impressed with how they stood behind their product, even after so much time. I highly recommend this company. Btw, the sink and faucet look fantastic. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Thanks, MegaBAI!

Look no farther. If you’re looking to renovate your bathrooms this is the place. I’ve wasted time and energy looking online and searching around, luckily I ran into someone who used them and recommended them. Natalie in particular is a personal sales associate. I renovated three full bathrooms, all there equipment, supplies are ready to be installed. They stand behind their products, I had some minor issues with a missing part, not a problem, they were always available on the phone and in person. Highly recommend. I’ve sent few friends and neighbors since and they are all happy as well.
