I am glad that North Shore didn't send all of the products that I ordered and paid for, because it made me look for other products I called N.S.(North Shore) 2 minutes after the package arrived. The person that answered N.S.'s phone treated me like a criminal. Instead of saying okay we will look into it and get right back to you. What said we will have to investigate this because our pickers don't make mistake. I asked her what she was going to investigate.She informed me that all of the packages were weighed in a very condescending voice. I than said Young lady I can assure you that $40 was not going to change my lifestyle so just keep the product that you owe me and I will go elsewhere.She asked me to hold and when she came back I was told that just this one time they would send my item.I asked so what happens if your packer screw up again. Am I just out of luck? I actually wanted to try another of their product so I ordered a twenty dollar product and was charged $10 dollar shipping for a total of $30.I could buy the same item on Amazon for the same $30.The GoSupreme protective underwear worked well for me, but they are expensive. The liners are too long and awkward to use.The Double stop Male Guards are worthless.I am happy with the Tena Overnight Extra Coverage.They are way better than the N.S. Guards. The Tena Level # 3 guards are the best that I have ever used.I am going to try more options ,there are many, out there. I am going to try Amazons products next.As long as we accept poor service and overpriced products we will be getting what we deserve.P.S. I did receive the missing item and it and I was happy with it, but I found similar items for half the price.

Finally a company that truly stands behind their products! We have tried every type of adult diaper for our mother with dementia for overnight. Northshore is the ONLY brand that truly is overnight. We have all finally gotten to sleep all night long!!! I can't tell you as a caregiver how wonderful these products make our lives. Thank you!

No retail location for adult diapers exist in Porto Portugal. No pharmacies sells adult diapers. No supermarket sells adult diapers. Only order online exists, which does not help a tourist.

So I went to order these ridiculously expensive wipes for my Dad, but hey you do what you do. Seventy dollars for wipes. But you've got the nerve to charge $15 to ship them? No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ordered some XL liners for the first time for my father in law and they sent some free wipes and a free pack of 2 xxl liners. We were out of wipes so it was a nice surprise and saved me a trip to town. It’s rare that a company sends you a free gift with your purchase and in this case, it was a blessing! Thank you so much! I will definitely order from this place again!

Diapers are very expensive and if you are on Social Security, they changed the shipping from 100.00 to 149.00 very bad for people who can't afford to order 150.00 worth of diapers at one time.

Customer service is awful, phone calls except for customer service associate Shayna are completely unprofessional, everytime. I placed a return and they completely forgot to tell me after processing a return that took two weeks that the order would be in quarantine for 3 days. No sense of true care for the poorer customers. Don't recommend unless you plan to only order online.

Love this company.. They have the best products, very affordable..!! I called to ask some questions and they sent me a box full of samples which made my decision easier sometimes sizes can be an issue since they differ from company to company.. I ordered last Friday, I got my box today, exactly what I needed and they sent me some other samples..!! Highly recommend...!!!

As of May 2021 I no longer trust NorthShore. They used to be a good company. I used to recommend them to online support groups. They used to behave ethically. They used to solve problems within their company. They used to have customer service representatives but they replaced them with sales only clerks. They used to honor the offers coming from the marketing department.NorthShore has become a company that I can only warn folks to avoid. The NorthShore products are diminishing in quality while becoming more expensive. Quality control is becoming less effective and you should be prepared for some defective diapers or wipes in your order. Why waste money on quality control and customer service or providing good value when the money can be spent on advertising and marketing. NorthShore made a name for itself based on service and value. It is sad that neither of these things play a part in their business model.

That is insane! So on December 8th, the owner, Adam, reaches out to me and I tell him about an order of samples that were lost in shipping and yesterday I receive four packs of samples on products I was looking for ($25.71 in value if the cheapest shipping option was chosen). Absolutely AMAZING in customer service. There is no question that this business wants to give their customers the best and even in these trying times, I would not expect a business to give more samples to one individual than asked for. This is going above and beyond. Now, I honestly do not think there may be a better business in the category they are in.

Purchased a pallet for my Grandmothers assisted living building, because they were having product delivery delays from their normal supplier of adult diapers and I was told they had to put most of the order in the garbage. Product appears to be made with the cheapest material they could find and falls apart from just walking in them. Terrible company and terrible product.

I have had the most amazing experience working with Adam at NorthShore Care Supply! Amazing customer service, prompt reply time, thorough and very thoughtful. Their mattress protectors/pads were exactly what we needed for the new mommies at Casa. They have a wonderful variety of supplies and excellent quality. Some how my order was processed twice. I was sent two orders and my account was charged twice. I'm on SSDI only getting paid once a month and on very tight budget. It been a month and still not resolved. They were very helpful in helping me get the order returned to them and that's where it stopped. They have give number of excuses starting with covid 19 being reason my refund hasn't been processed to waiting on paperwork from warehouse and now cant get them to respond. Been trying to get my 177.00 back for a month now.Update:Finally recieved refund. After many excuses and and explanations of new covid 19 procedures I received my money. They have great products but mistakes happen. For true hassle free returns I recommend buying their products from Amazon.
