“I've always had such a great experience at this place. I order, and then pick up at their Schaumburg office.This time, however, I was 3 hours away. I tried calling some local places, but their prices were 2 and 3 TIMES more expensive. So, I have them ship them to me.I ordered, expecting them to be here on Friday, but they arrived Saturday afternoon. I think it was just about 48 hours from when I ordered.I know they want to temper expectations, and probably love getting extra money from rush jobs, but these people have their organization so smoothly run, they probably don't get as much as they should.By the way, I've been meaning to post about them for a while. “We sent in a menu card for an upcoming wedding. The file format we used was not sized properly. When we went to pick up the order, it was exactly like the file but we wanted the card narrower than what was printed. David initially helped us with the details then Jacob took over as it required sizing changes, font spacing, color changes, cleaning up fuzzy lettering, etc. We should have started from scratch and given these guys free rein to start over. They worked the document over several times while we were in the store and they nailed it. Our daughter, the bride, was very pleased with the outcome. We came here to have signs and banners printed for our prior wedding shower. Now here for the menu cards. We WILL be back for the wedding programs. These guys are great and very patient with customers having very specific quality requirements. Thank you!”
