Boy did they ever they redesigned the shirts so that the original number of people requesting the shirt tripled! Jenni investigated the situation and explained what happened with the file (the error was on our end, NOT FedEx). She also took extra time to diligently find a solution, resulting in a better version of the flyer and a reprint for me. Jenni went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. Amazing!”
