This shopping center has a lot to offer as far as dining and shopping. It's not very walkable for all the sidewalks it has. Just be careful crossing the parking lot as you're moving from one cluster to the next, people are not looking out for pedestrians.

This is a horrendous business and never, ever support it. My mom was a tenant here for over 20 years and the building manager made false promises and completely dishonored the relationship that was built over that time period.My mother is a self-employed immigrant woman who speaks English as a second language and like many in her situation, could not afford a lawyer - she believes trust and relationships are fundamental to any business interaction, and Spoerlein Commons and its parent company Whitestone REIT absolutely does not - both have indisputably demonstrated they are not advocates for small business owners and behave as the caricature of evil corporations. A year after my mom's lease ended, I presume because they have no tenants to extract money from, they went after my mother with a lawsuit for a situation that was settled verbally with the building manager almost 5 years ago for an obscene amount that emptied her savings.As a soon-graduate of a top 5 MBA program, I intend to be a force in the corporate world that punishes this type of behavior. I will ensure, with the tools for honest reviews, to make as public as possible the distasteful business practices of both Spoerlein Commons and more importantly, Whitestone REIT. Stay away.
