WIC went down and Tadam Tech came out the same day and made the repair within 24 hours of making the service call! Communication was great, it was a great experience! I will use them in my other locations!

I work for a restaurant inside woodfield mall. I was having troubles with my walk-in cooler that needed to be fixed urgently. Natalie recognized the urgency of the situation and helped to send out a tech, Anton, to fix the fan immediately. The issue had been fixed promptly and the service was quick! Shoutout to Tadam Tech!

I manage a restaurant in Barrington. I have worked with Tadem several times now. They are excellent. Always willing to help no matter what time it is what the problem is it doesn't matter. They are quick to answer and quick to show. Their technician gets to work and is efficient and honest about his work. Very fair in price. I recommend them highly

A few months ago this company fixed the evaporator on my work in freezer and their work was extremely excellent. I will definitely call them again for any refrigeration problem I have. They were punctual and very serious about the work at all times.

Anton has come to fix several appliances in my house and is always professional and courteous. Natalie making the appointments is very kind and friendly and they always make sure you are happy with the work and make sure your appliances are working. Highly recommend!!
