I see I'm not the only one who thinks they're only good for convenience. The service here does suck and NOBODY seems to be able to answer my questions. I make the 6 mile trip from my house in the opposite direction to go to the Arlington Heights Branch. Much better service there!!! I'm definitely looking into different banking.

Ivan Rodriguez was (and still is) super helpful! The whole team at this small location aims to please and have consistently offered fast, friendly service for my small business needs.

The service there is terrible. No one seems to know what they are doing, and the smallest things take them forever and they have to keep asking their coworkers for help. They have given incorrect information numerous times.I was getting $150 in change and the lady could not count and told me I gave her $80 too much. Very incompetent at this location.

I went to this bank to open a new business account. The teller line was quite long with about 6 people in it. There was one person waiting on someone that looked to be opening an acount. I stood behind that person as I have never waited in a teller line top open an account. When the gentleman (loosely using the term) finished waiting on the client, he got up, looked at me and trned around and walked away to wait on someone on the other side of the counter that looked like she had beenwaiting for him. So I was ok with that. Well, when he was done with her, he started pulling from the teller line. That was the point at which I blew and said, "Excuse me" He said, something like they had a long teller line and he could wait on me next. Well, why after me waiting there over 20 minutes could someone not acknolwedge me, ask why I might be there, give me a form to fill out or something, ANYTHING. Does TCF train these people on how to deal with customers and manage situations. Looks like not. So, I called their main office who put a call into a DM. That was b4 lunch and did not hear back. Not that I would expect it same day, but maybe an acknoledgement the call was received and they would get back to me. I was happy to open an account here cause they seem to have no fees for biz acconts with low minimums to open. But, after reading the reviews for other locations, I need to rething this strategy.
