Go to another UPS store, any other one will be helpful and friendly. But if you decide to go to this UPS store don’t forget tape because they will charge you for couple inches of tape.

Very bad experience with the employees. The people there called me obnoxious for me just asking them to input the tracking number manually as the tape was coming in the way of the bar code. Stay away!! Go to other stores
