“We are newer to the area and have two cats and no vet. I called them and they got us in right away (Other vets I had called in the area before them said I had to wait a week to see my cat Elery) she could bor wait a week to be seen as she had fecal matter completely stuck to her rump, which can be really unhealthy and cause infection, it was bad and she was super uncomfortable and it came on all the sudden. Dr. Lawrence and her staff were amazing with us in Elery. The clinic is clean and the staff and the doctor extremely professional and caring. I was completely stressed and they made me so comfortable and of course Elery too. When all was said and done even the fee was reasonable especially for the ask and the last minute getting us in and being so wonderful. We Thank and appreciate all of you there and thank you for the welcome Card we received in the mail after visiting. You are wonderful! If you looking for a great place to bring your pet I highly recommend!!!”

My 13-year old cat, Crosby, was scheduled with Dr Gretchen Hageman. I was impressed with her thorough examination of Crosby, but respected the time she took to explain Crosby’s treatment options. “We had a great experience at Skycrest. The technicians and doctors show how much they care about our pups and was very patient with one of our pups who has a special condition. She is extremely fearful and we could do all the vaccines and blood draws last time, but Dr. Wilbert worked with our previous vet clinic to prescribe a perfect meds and my pup responded well. She was able to get the shots and blood draw successfully. It was our first visit and we are glad”

“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.”

“My furbaby isn't scheduled until Feb but the liaisons that have been helping me through this so far have been great. They are very informative, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. They sent all of the paperwork for tests prior to his appt to me and to my vet so we know exactly what to do to get him prepared for his visit. My baby had his treatment and I couldn't be happier with everyone involved. Angela was excellent in working with my vet to get all of hus tests and xrays done so he could keep his appt. Plus in case they didn't get them dine in time she held a spot for him in the next rotation. Angela kept in contact with me and even called to let me know everything was received and he was ready to go. At Radiocat Laura too was excellent. She was great with him and text me daily on his progress plus she answered any and all questions without hesitation. I couldn't have asked for anything better for my furbaby.”
