About Oak Elm Animal Hospital
Oak Elm Animal Hospital is highly recommended for their efficient and positive care for pets. The doctors provide game plans and options, responding outside of shifts. With attentive and knowledgeable staff, they ensure pets are comfortable and calm during procedures. There is trust in their approach, knowing they address serious issues promptly without overreacting or overcharging.
The staff is described as very kind and compassionate, respectful of the pets, their owners' time and budget. They explain everything clearly, guide the customers to the right path for their pet's well-being. The facility is clean and the prices are fair. Dr. Igbal, in particular, is praised for the excellent care he provided to a customer's cat, performing a necessary surgery on the same day and keeping the owner informed every step of the way.
