Walgreens, a well-known pharmacy and retail chain, has consistently provided its customers with a range of services and a convenient shopping experience. The staff at Walgreens are often praised for their exceptional customer service, with particular mentions of employees like Jim, Varsha, and the anonymous pharmacy staff member who went above and beyond to assist customers. Customers have highlighted the efficiency and friendliness of the pharmacy team, with Varsha, a pharmacist assistant, receiving excellent reviews for her prompt and helpful service. The store's senior discount day has also been a popular draw for customers, with the staff generally described as very nice and helpful in assisting customers with their needs. However, there have been some isolated incidents of poor customer service, such as an encounter with a rude and disrespectful cashier named Erica, who made inappropriate comments to a customer and their elderly grandmother. This incident was promptly addressed by the customer, who requested a manager to address the situation. Overall, Walgreens is regarded as a reliable and convenient destination for a wide range of products and services, with the majority of customers expressing satisfaction with the store's offerings and the professionalism of its staff.
Ridiculous and rude. Cannot get a simple answer to a simple question. "Has my prescription been received?" Got transferred 2x and put on hold for an hour. Hung up after no one answered. Transferring to CVS as this isn't the first problem I have encountered at this or any other Walgreens in the area.

Someone from them called me last Thursday that my medication is ready for pick up. Then I came today, 2 days later and my medication is not there. I regularly get it monthly, but this time, awful experience. I will never recommend this pharmacy/store. Terrible experience.

Clueless (un-trained) pharmacy tech staff and they will put you on hold for hours and won't get you to pharmacist. I had to hang up after 30mins of hold
