The female pharmacy employee who helped me was nice and courteous, so this is not a reflection on her. The rating is for the the poor and inaccurate signage as well as the disorganization of the pharmacy. I had to wait for awhile in line while a person who cut in front of five of us in line was helped immediately. There were two main issues that caused customers to wait in line much longer than they should have.
1. One customer showed up for a refill without calling it in first and it wasn't ready, so the rest of us had to wait ten minutes in line for her refill to be filled. The male pharmacy employee should have asked her to stand aside and wait for her refill, while he serviced those of us who had medication ready to be picked up. Instead, he made all of us wait while the line became long.
2. There is poor and inaccurate signage at the pharmacy. When I arrived at the pharmacy, there was a line of three people in front of the "Appointment Check-in" sign, while no one was in front of the "Drop off/Pick up" sign. I asked if I should stand in front of the pick up sign since I needed to pick up medication. I was told to stand in line with everyone else in front of Appointment check in even though NO ONE in that line was checking in for an appointment and everyone there was to pick up medication. After standing in line for ten minutes, by now the line is even longer because of point #1 above, some lady shows up and goes right up to the "Drop off/PIck up" sign and gets help right away, cutting in front of five other customers who were also waiting to pick up their medication. Walgreens, get your signs correct or ask the next person in line who has been waiting 10 minutes instead of the customer who just walked up to the counter. Seriously, get yourself organized for a change and fix your signs if you don't know how to follow them.

I think Walgreens is not doing well. The store is clean, staff is friendly but they struggle on getting prescriptions filled on time. They also had system issues a few months ago where ppl had to pay in Cash. Changing my pharmacy .. not going to this one again!

During my last visit to this pharmacy, Stephanie provided exceptional service. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out, especially given the challenges I’ve experienced at this Walgreens location in the past. Stephanie’s outstanding customer service truly made a difference and brought a refreshing change to my experience. I genuinely appreciate her dedication to helping customers!

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing, great customer service. I came in with my kids for a flu vaccine-the staff greeted us with a smile and eased my little guys worries about getting a shot. Will continue to come here for all of our medication/vaccine needs.

The pharmacy is doing a great job. People need to give the pharmacy staff a break! They are extremely understaffed and are doing the best they can. Roman is absolutely amazing. He is so incredibly helpful and he is really great at administering absolutely painless flu shots!

I moved to the area just three weeks ago and the most stressful part of it has been trying to get my medication from this pharmacy. They’re terribly rude and act like you’re bothering them. The app told me my prescription was ready, I go to pick it up, and they say they have nothing. I ask them to get it ready and I’ll come back. We’ve gone through this for three different medications and I still don’t have any. I’m transferring elsewhere. It’s easier to drive further than to keep having to fight to get you medications.

Today I had a very difficult and stressful situation at this location . When I purchase some product, my register rewards did not applied. This was around $16. Cashier lady called the manager to help me out on this. First when the manager come, I thought he did not want to help me and my stress become more fear. but after that, we found a good conversation. He was able to help me and saw my problem. That is so good. We have such amazing people working at the store who always can help us.

Absolute trash of a location. It shows the disarray of the corporation. Store should be closed in order to stop making people suffer with their incompetence.

Went to emergency care and had to wait 2 hours for a UTI culture and antibiotic prescription. I confirmed it was sent to Walgreens by going in person. Pharma told me when it would be ready, and it was ready exactly when they said! Only took an hour. Considering how busy it was, this was great service for a same day RX. I regularly pick up my RX. Text and app alerts tell me when it's too soon to fill because of insurance. Auto refill alerts me when there's no more available and will contact my Dr automatically if they have too. I am on 5 different prescriptions and staff synced everything so they can all be picked up same week for me. Went the extra mile. Express pay pickup at drive through is always quick.
