Very rude. Pharmacy sent a text the my Rx was ready. Was at the store in 10 minutes. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Then they closed for dinner! There was 3 of them in the pharmacy. They are entitled to a break, but all at the same time? They should have told me they were closing when I got in line to save me from waiting. I felt like the slammed the door on my face.

Tried using my rewards for the first time after building up for bit and apparently "someone got to them" cuz i had 0 points after numerous visits. Terrible rewards system if anyone can just put in your number and use your points. Done shopping at all walgreens

It can’t get any worse. They tried to charge me $197.87 for a prescription that is paid entirely by Medicare B. This has happened twice. How many people who may be unable to detect these things are victims?

This used to be my favorite Walgreens with great employees. Now? Terrible customer service. “Manager” Noman on a power trip was accusing me of opening packages which I wasn’t. I had ordered a make up product online and got the wrong shade so I was buying my correct shade and knew exactly what I was going to buy.
Idk if they’re running out of options for management but they’re promoting and hiring the wrong people at this location.

0 stars. The male pharmacy tech there was extremely passive aggressive handling an issue with my prescription being sent two days previously and never being filled or even processed. Right from the get go he was being very rude, and he's working in a role of customer service. When handling someone's medication, it's a serious deal and should never be handled with such rudeness and that person should be apologetic on behalf of the store messing up the prescription and not double down and show no understanding. I was trying to help shed light on the situation and he interrupted me many times.

I went in today to get few things and since the price on the Walgreens website was less than in the store I asked them to price match which is clearly listed on their website that they do price match but Noman who was the manager denied saying they don’t have that policy and clearly don’t know their own policy and clearly lack the knowledge of their own company policy.poor customer service.

I wish I can give this Walgreens location 0 stars. First of all they made mistake entering our son’s insurance information and proceeded to upsell him brand medicine instead of generic. As my son really needed his medicine for mental health, he was coerced into buying the medicine without prescription. This Walgreens is best worst pharmacy around. They had the nerve to tell the my insurance company’s representative that they enter the information correctly, which he knew that they didn’t. Horrible customer service and horrible staff.

Unfortunately, this is the Walgreens closest to me, so I will eventually return, however, I was there last night (12/10/23) and there was a woman with her son SCREAMING at one of the employees about a coupon. A bystander tried to reason with her, but was quickly shut down by what I assume is the manager. An Indian man at the other counter told him to “Stop, she is my customer”, and it’s super disappointing seeing how this Walgreens does NOT stick up for its employees whatsoever. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen management mistreat their employees at this location either. Do better.

Big shoutout to the the lady working the front register this past Monday for coming into work sick and passing it to myself who is currently home taking care of his 70+ year old elderly mother with COPD. I asked as she coughed and sounded with a sinus infection at the register -- "are you sick?" And she denied it. 3-4 days later I'm sick, and my mom is going to be at risk. Great look for a pharmacy! F*** you

Called to say my prescription was ready. Sat in curb side pickup only to be told will not be ready for half hour. So back in line again only to be told will not be ready for several days.
