  Absolutely 💯 worst company, terrible customer service, terrible internet, you will not get what you pay for, canceled and they still find ways to take your money after returning equipment. A fraud company! Do not use. Look at all those poor reviews, not just mine, pure trash.

  If anyone knows how to get ahold of an actual person on the phone for help with a severed telecommunications line going to the front of my home, please let me know.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. cannot get the information to save on the sign in and you get a chat to solve the problem which does not work. Need to drop this Mickey mouse phone system.
