Manager was dismissive and rude. Didn't even have a chance to explain what the issue was with the defective product that was bought. Can't return a product that is defective.

I've been to other Ace Hardware stores and employees actually try to help you find an item. Came to this hardware store, the guy was chatting with another employee. When I asked for help they told me go to that aisle. I did not find what I was looking for. Thanks for nothing.

I recently purchased a Weber grill from Ace Hardware and had a fantastic experience. The store was well-organized, and the staff was helpful, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from the manager, Karen. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to get this level of personal attention these days. Thanks again, Karen and the Ace team—I’ll definitely be back!
