Very disappointed with the service. They didn’t put the attention that every Custumer required. When I was done with the exercises I had to wait for several minutes until they notice I was done so they gime the next one. It happened twice. So I decide to get out.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Kristina is a great therapist. The ice pack she put on at the end was surprisingly largeand sort of hugged my knee. Wonderful feeling.

All of the physical therapist’s that worked with me were very helpful, and supportive as well as the front desk staff. I am glad that I chose the Burbank location and have recommended my coworker who is having knee replacement surgery in the fall. She will be in good hands.

I started coming here after my bunionectomy for 6 weeks. The staff members here felt more like close friends. They’re so patient and thoughtful - I actually looked forward to my therapy sessions. Jill and Katie became my BFFs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist! They’ll take good care of you.

The physical therapy helped relieve my sciatica. The therapists were helpful, encouraging and professional. I'm appreciative that they encouraged me to return to yoga which will help my long term health.

Overall the whole experience was fantastic. All the therapist here treated me great jill, Miguel, and aaliyah all welcomed me and made me feel at home. I feel like I’ve improved tremendously and it’s all to the wonderful people here who helped and encouraged me along the way. Made me feel like I wasn’t even in therapy. I appreciate all of them for their hardwork and dedication to my recovery. Thank you and goodluck!

My experience has been pleasant and the staff is so friendly. Miguel was excellent I worked with him the most. He make sure he motivate you to reach your goal without over working you to get there at the same time.

The great team of professional at ATI BurbankJoseph PT, Jill PT, Aliya PT Miguel PTA and Keidy OSS/ DeskI appreciate them so much for what they helped me to achieve during my therapy. They were patient, positive, caring, knowledgeable, well organized and helpful.It went from diagnosis, treatment, education, exercise, to strength mobility and functionality.I am back to during things for myself and I give this team a "A" Star Rating.Again, thank you so much!

In June I had ACL reconstruction surgery, and in just four short months the team at ATI in Burbank was not only able to give me the confidence to begin walking, jumping, and running with all of the amazing therapy that was provided but they were able to bring joy to my life twice a week with genuine eccentricity and personality that went far beyond physical therapy. Jill, Keidy, Miguel and new comer Aliya were and are the best in the business and I would 10/10 recommend ATI Burbank for any and all PT needs!!

They are number one! The therapy provided here works great! In as little as 3 visits were i had 10/10 pain and limited motion they got me to 1/10 pain and moving great! Thank you to Miguel, Keidy, Jill and Peggy! They have lots of patience and knowledge!! Physically and emotionally better!

Just finished my physical therapy with ATI. I can say I love this company and it's staff. They know everyone that walks through the door. Pleasant, helpful, friendly, beautiful people are words that kinda tell their story. I sawimprovement after a week. I will continue to do excerises and I will stop by from time to time just to say hello.

It’s so AWSOME!!!! There very friendly and helpful, it’s so nice communication with me. I am glad, they are best and wonderful therapist for my ankle. My ankle get better than before. I am follow his instructions a lot and less painful.

I attended the ATI Burbank location. While receiving therapy at this location, I felt a great deal of attentiveness and care from the PT/PTA’s. I attended this location for months and Individually, they were all pleasant and welcoming. Jill always laughed at my jokes, and would give a jolly welcome upon entrance. Katie and I shared plenty relatable conversations and she was always generous with the candy they offered (haha.) And lastly, Miguel and I shared very relatable and nice conversations. He was very attentive to my pain locations, levels and the need for me to rid or work out whatever my pain was. They all of course were, but I worked with him the most. These individuals has helped ease the pain I’ve been enduring due to my accidents and has even sent me home with my workouts/stretches (upon graduation) to further assist me in becoming stronger and better. I begin to look forward to visiting these people each week, as they felt more like “friends” (due to their welcoming nature) than employees with a patient, I’ll surly miss them and highly recommend this location.
