Fantastic Experience! — Honest, Straightforward, and Fun!
We recently purchased a Model 3 from Bahus Auto in Burbank, IL, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Odei was outstanding—he delivered on every promise and made sure the entire deal went exactly as discussed.
At first, it looked like the deal might not work out, and both sides were fine with that—but Odei and the owner stayed professional and patient. Later, we came to an agreement, and everything worked out perfectly. After the deal, Helen took over with some technical issues with the previous lease/owner and stayed diligent. This again, was AFTER the sale, Helen made sure my excellent experience leading up to the sale with Odei, was followed through after the sale-true customer service.
In a world where buying a car often feels like nails on a chalkboard, Bahus Auto made it genuinely pleasant—even fun. The car was exactly as described: clean, accident-free, and flawless. They clearly live by their standard of only putting top-quality vehicles on the lot.
