The security in there is so goofy, the white guards are so quick to racially profile someone. I purchased a drone in the electronics section in the back. After I paid for it, I walked down the hallway and a old female guard quickly came around the corner and walked passed me. I had the receipt in my hand, she made herself look stupid. Another time I bought something from there and I got in my car and was getting ready to drive off when a old man in a security vehicle drove passed my car peaking through his window hard trying to see what I was up to.... there was nothing going on. That guy looked like he wanted some action. Tell your guards to ease up on the brown people

Said they would deliver the TV in two days then the driver calls and says he will be here within 5 mins and never shows or calls to say he wasn't coming. Well 4days later I finally received my TV. For as much electronics I buy at best buy you figure they would appreciate the business.

Had a 3pm app. and got there a couple hours early with my grandson's gaming computer that was missing a few screws and was coming apart. Armando took care of me and took the laptop in the back but didn't have screws to fit it but did manage to find one, and what he did was put the one he found in it and spread the remaining few out evenly around the laptop and tightened them and said it should be good but I could probably order the remaining missing ones on Amazon. Hey Armando really appreciate you taking the time to do that for my grandson's gaming laptop he was extremely happy.👍🏾

To whom it may concern My name is lisa jackson. On December 28th, I came in to purchase four items. Two of the items were delivered, and the third item was not delivered so the next day I'll go back into Best Buys to see what happened I spoke with the supervisor she tells me it is not her problem it Roadie problem you have to contact them I explained to to her that I have contacted them on five occasions that why came up to the store at this point I'm getting angry because she's telling me once we purchase the items it is not up to them anymore then I asked her for the number to call Roadie she couldn't tell me Roadie number who delivery the package. First of all how come it is takes three delivery people to deliver items to the same house why is it that the other two drivers took a picture of the items they left at my door this delivery driver took a picture of my home not the product he left now I have to wait 48 hours so they can investigate to receive the item. never in my life have I experienced this is not what i pay for to running around to Chase my own item that I did not receive call customer service they are giving me a runaround this is bad business

I won't be shopping at this best buy anymore! I purchased a washer and dryer for $2,000 and was awarded 2 $50 gift cards from samsung, when I went to make another purchase at a different day using my gift cards the balance showed 0 on one of the gift cards. Not one representative nor the manager of the store at the time was able to help me with the mistake the cashier made at the time of purchase. Everytime I call or show up at the store no one has an answer for me. They lack communication, and their customer is horrible. I'm a plus member and have been a loyal customer to best buy for many years, however this year I'm extremely disappointed in the way this specific store has been treating me. This is not the first time they've made a mistake.

Just had my remote starter for my vehicle put in and couldn’t be happier. The installation team did a great job of informing me of how it all works. From the app to the remote and demonstrated it for me. The job was done fast and really well, no mess or wires hanging in my car. I would totally recommend the work from this location. A+++
