I visited this store to pick up a Shark Ion vacuum robot, but they did not have any. Instead, they carried only a Maxa model that self cleans its dust bin at double the price of an Ion.

Stopped to return item ordered over web. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I repackaged the purchase as received, and the store clerk ended up ripping open boxes to verify products where in boxes.

It was remodeled and man it looks great! The only thing is the staff never approached me for anything which is very weird considering that I worked at best at one point and they were all over you if you never approached a buying customer

I received a balance of a service plan that I canceled at the store. Obviously they didn't stop it at the returning process. I went to the store to ask and I was treated so disrespectful by this young punk working as customer service representative, he was laughing about my statement. I felt so aggravate and offended by his attitude. What a disappointment experience. Never back to this store futurely closing ?

Spoke to a sales floor rep named DAISY who seemed to really know what she was talking about. Helped me decide on the laptop I'm getting, which was a godsend because I am super indecisive and liked to be informed. But understand nothing about computers and the words confuse me.

Awful customer service experience today. Went in to find a universal charger for my laptop. I couldn't confirm that one of the heads would fit until I bought the 65.00 charger. I took it to the car, and it did NOT fit my laptop. I took it back inside and confirmed with store personnel that none of the heads fit my laptop. Then, I had to wait in line for 10 minutes in customer service to return the charger that I didn't need. Then I was told I couldn't get my cash back despite paying with a debit card using my pin. I am done dealing with retailers that put themselves first and not the customer. Best Buy is off my list. Terrible policies and terrible customer service.
