Although the reviews posted here concerned me I needed some BW points for an upcoming personal trip so I booked 2 nights. Upon arrival I was greeted by Jennifer, a very nice young lady that checked me in and really seemed to care about my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I saw no evidence of bugs or mold. The bed and the room as a whole were comfortable and everything in the room functioned as it should. Maybe there has been a change in management since the earlier reviews or maybe the facility was updated since Covid wreaked havoc on the hospitality industry but based on my current experience I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were out of date and falling apart. Bed was very comfortable. Bad thing front desk charged my card twice..2 different times, so pay attention to your cc card charges because this particular hotel has incompetent employeesCard was charged 12/31 (date of my stay) then again 1/9 no explanation as to why when I called. The next morning the charge falls off and 1/12 I finally get my refund.

Lobby clean and accessible to watch Wi-Fi when requested. A sufficient breakfast spread worth getting up for: eggs sausage cereal bagels coffee. A modest exercise room with functional equipment.Nearby activities: Restaurants, bars, and Department stores are in walking distance Great location. And they're pet friendly. I use my points so I saved $. My view of Each Southwest plane 'Wanna get away?'

Not bad over all the look and the loopy is clean and the rooms and ok but I could smell some cigarette.

I would not stay at this hotel in the future. The coffee pot didn't work, the phone didn't work, and we had to have the front desk activate our key cards every time we left and returned. We didn't get the coffee pot resolved until the last day of our stay. The staff didn't ever follow through to see that our issues were resolved.

This week I was in Dallas, Baltimore, Providence and finally Chicago. Got off the plane late at Midway. Tyron at the front desk was beaming, probably the happiest most professional person I experienced all week. The property was updated in lobby, nice soft music. They are in process of updating rooms. The room, linens, and everything was clean and fresh. The bed was the best I slept on all week and was very apprecaited.

The lobby is very up to date modern. The rooms are a nice size but very outdated. They need to toss all of the furniture out (refrigerator and microwave included). The room was over all clean. I pulled the covers back to check for bed bugs. I saw some type of bug (see video) I watch it for a while. I then reported it to the manager and she looked as if I was the problem. I even tried to show her the video. She walked off to go and check. She came back and said it's only a fruit fly. I told her that is the most calm fruit fly I had ever seen. Heck it takes me a life to catch a kill one and this one just crawled around unbothered. I told her I wanted another room. She wasn't exactly happy about it. The next room had old furniture as well. Beds was comfortable bathroom was decent. This Best Western location would not be my 1st choice. It's very convent if you are attending an event at the banquet halls located on each side.of the hotel.Rooms: Very big but out dated. See pictures.Nearby activities: Down the street from mall, about 5 miles from airport, near by restaurants, banquet halls, etc.

Pictures do lie!!!! Reviews don't. Sure the lobby looks nice and updated. The room had a horrible smell. Staff couldn't offer any help with the smell or giving us another room. The room description say 2 queen beds. The beds are actually full size beds. No blankets just a couple sheets, Outdated furniture and nasty carpet. I will not be staying here again and I would advise others to stay elsewhere. $188 a night is too much for this place.Rooms: Horrible smell

Well where to start at. First you walk in the lobby and you think oh nice place. Don't let that fool you. Once you get to your room and you open the door, that smell hits you so hard. We went back down to talk to the front desk and were told sorry we don't have any more room available. Also the beds don't have blankets. Just a sheet on top of another sheet. There were water stains on the walls from leaks. Please beware and stay away.

The lobby looks great, remodeled, newer furniture. The staff here were very friendly and always helpful. A letter posted at the front desk about construction and dust and updates to the hotel. Conspicuously no date on the letter. Once we left the lobby area we noticed the update work seemed to have stopped. Hallway carpet is old and dirty. Our room carpet had tears and holes in it. Mattress was old and lumpy. There was a newer sink in the room but the shower was mot updated. Room had an old smell also, it was disappointing.

We had a late flight cancellation and after waiting for a few hours for a voucher from the airline, we decided to make our own reservation. We were greeted at 1am with a very welcoming receptionist and they had soft music playing. It completely erased all of the chaos and stress from the airport.Our room was a good size and was very clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and there were crisp clean towels. The complimentary toiletries were nice. There was outlets next to the bed that was helpful.The breakfast was good, with basic choices and the I really liked the coffee (although I think it was instant from a dispenser, it was really good!)Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was perfect for our needs.The only thing that could use improvement was the shower head was not center, but no big deal.

The Lobby looks nice but it stops there. Our room was Horrible so Filthy We had a King Suite there is NOTHING SWEET about this hotel The room was filthy dirty, The furniture was outdated and very dirty and worn out and our shower was broken and our microwave door was melted. The staff did not come clean the room or deliver fresh towels I went down to desk and told them about all of this and we got a big attitude and they did nothing to fix anything. we stayed there 2 days and we could not wait to leave. DO NOT STAY HERE

I didn’t even stay here, but I booked a stay and needed a last minute cancellation due to my son having medical issues, and they were extremely nice & receptive with everything. Very great customer service.

The rooms were not terrible. They are outdated. The cleanliness was great. The customer service was great except from one of the employees during check out his attitude was off and another employee (heavy set male janitor) he was a creep with his constant stares. The location is great. The breakfast is meh i guess if you’re hungry. They had yogurts, cereals, eggs, and sausage I believe that was about it. Water bottles are free if you ask for any.
