Excellent customer service. The two young men who work in furniture were absolutely amazing. I had purchased a recliner for store pickup and the box the product came in was too large for my SUV and they were able to take the product out of the box and get it to fit in my car so I didn't have to spend anymore money on a rental truck or have to make two trips. They were so kind and patient. I definitely recommend placing any pickup orders here bc they went above and beyond to help.

They had some nice outdoor furniture I was looking for. The store was well staffed and clean. Employees were friendly.

Love Big lots. If you see something that you like that's reasonably priced you should buy it because they don't carry the same thing all the time. I've gotten good deals

I love going to Big Lots they have a wide variety of things and the employees are so helpful. Francisco helped my dad with translating when he was having difficulty finding something and Francisco went above and beyond not only translating but double checking to see if there were anymore inventory in the back. We will certainly be back and recommend this store to others.

Although some items are priced high, just like any store-go for the deals! Some household goods are cheaper than the leading chain stores. I've been saving by making quick stops here for household goods and checking out sale items. Ms. Theresa is an amazing staff person at this location!
