“I was referred to Custom 77 by my insurance broker, who takes his cars there for bodywork when needed. He explained to me that the Body Specialists there are trained from within and not outside hired, which being a business owner myself I know what a big difference properly trained personnel makes. The owner runs the shop and his daughter manages the front office and they both made me feel comfortable and especially confident leaving my new 2024' Buick Encore GX with only 20,000 miles on it in their hands. They made the whole experience go smoothly and handled all the insurance company's queries. They even helped with the car rental. They replaced and painted my entire front bumper and grill assembly. “My rear left window was broken into overnight and I needed to have it replaced ASAP. I went onto the Safelite website and I was able to book an appointment for the following day.
I received a notification about the tech that would be replacing my window as well as a total amount for payment after the service was completed. My tech Timoteo was very responsive and answered all my questions. The work was finished in about an hour and I am very pleased with the result. Would definitely recommend to others.”
