On the shelf stated 3 for 15$ 12 packs , I grabbed three , went to counter and asked cashier if they were 2 for 15 she confirmed , checked receipt they were not , when I asked her she said she couldn’t find where it said they were 3 for 12 , I showed her then she tells me that’s expired sales tag from yesterday still on display and tells me it’s not her fault she just came in ,I did not even blame her or anything and she came off so defensive nothing on the shelves ever matches the prices here

I googled this dollar general and this location has come up I seen the reviews and was a little weary due to the comments. This store is very nice workers are calm and inviting. I realize plenty that takes these reviews are impatient, and rude. I witnessed a lady hollering and belittling the cashier and manager over a coupon that was for wrong size item they were being so polite and she still was screaming out the door calling them idiots, I felt bad for them but they stayed very professional and calm. Love this location I will be back ?

Up until recently I'd enjoyed going to dollar general, the sales, merchandise and location is appealing to me. However, I went to the store yesterday and was in line to purchase my items, the associate rang me up and walk a few feet away from the register. I retrieved some cash from my wallet and placed the money on the counter, the associate became agitated, and agitated. She then stated " l CAN'T STAND THAT, THATS SO RUDE. I stood there perplexed. She then said "I HELD MY HAND OUT FOR THE MONEY AND YOU LAYED IT ON THE COUNTER " ( yes she was yelling) l counter, " What's rude is your complaining to a customer about putting money on the counter. I got my money back and walk out upset and muttering some choice words. After l calm down I should had explained that I didn't understand the money interaction dynamic between customer and associate . Moreover what was the big deal. Was l wrong??

Poor UPPER management. They left a manager in training alone not fully equipped to open any case or handle register errors. And it was not for their lack of trying.

Today I went to 87 and Cicero, cashier rolled her eyes with attitude, guy that was suppose to be manager both African American, he was in the office you could tell he looked that he was sleeping also had attitude when I asked about a gallon that was posted on sale, he asked where did I see it, I said on the aisle, he just sighed like he troubled to check, so I left and walked out I know they could never work for me, worst customer service Nov 4 2023, @ 430

Several times within the last month this location has been closed early at 5 or opens late at 12pm such as today. I understand shortage in staff but PLEASE update your hours on the site.

We need to report this store they give very bad customer service the man there talks to you with very bad attitude almost screaming and looks high ,if you don't like your job then quit! Go somewhere else! Other females before too where like that. Wanting to fight

Dollar General is what I call an upscale dollar store in that they have one dollar items along with name brand products. Though most of the name brand products cost more than 1.00, they are still cheaper than the bigger stores.

Store is nice and clean but the employee mouths are dirty. I went to this location around 11:00-ish on Friday, June 3rd. There were approximately 3 workers (2 male 1 female) who were “yell-talking” from their various store aisles to each other. At least two of them continuously used foul language. I tried to ignore it and continue shopping, but after hearing it for several more minutes, I simply put my items down and left the store. This is a business and it should be treated as such by the employees. There was absolutely no respect for the children walking around in that store. Manager needs to tell these workers to clean up their language. This is not acceptable and they should know better. You are at your place of employment and not your backyard barbecue.
