The Manager Jeanette was very rude and unprofessional, you can tell she hates her job and does Not want to be there, when she was called to help she had a disgusting attitude with all the guests and the cashier shamika wasn’t any better, it’s a shame because it’s a updated store with terrible Employees.

This was my first time at the store. Jocelyn, check me out and she became irate and told me that all those I was 80 years old, I still could get hands laid on me. This is absurd. I can't believe that this took place in a store. She should be reprimanded and maybe even fired because her actions were very nasty. And she is the manager I think.

They close the store 15 early prior to closing time .. it says open till 9 pm . And closed at 845

Store was closed and door was locked before closing time at 9pm and they refused to unlock the door. The lady said her manager said no ! If it closes at 9pm it should close at 9pm not because their ready to go home!

Beware, their prices are always off sometimes the digital coupon won't be applied when it should, came here and had a very nasty lady assist me. Her attitude was very disgusting and she couldn't help anything although she saw the prices in the store were different from the ones on my receipt, rolling her eyes, not saying anything. It was bad enough I had to put seven items back because she said she couldn't override them, I got home and found two more items where my digital coupon wasn't applied when it should've been. I came here Saturday evening and this was the Caucasian lady with a bad attitude. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK FOR MY $7.

Never had a problem finding the items I wanted. Shelves are neat and organized with corresponding pricing on all the products.

Every time I call, it says “the number you’re calling is busy, please try again later”. The lady cashier told me to give her my # and they’d give me a call about shipment.. so when I didn’t hear from anyone come Tuesday. I called and from 9am- till about 11am I kept getting the same answering machine.. so when I went in the store.. Tuesday evening the item I was looking for .. was out of stock. This is ridiculous
