Cashier charged me for 3 items i did not purchase. It was the lady in front of me she left her purse in the car. Cashier rang up my things should only be 25$ or so and the cashier rang it up to over 50$ i kindly went back inside and had told them I did not purchase these 3 things on my receipt can I get my money back. Store manager was rude and told me to talk to corporate. I will never shop at family dollar again. Rude and very unprofessional

Manager Ben is very disrespectful to the customers the store manager asked him to take down the signs, he never did, the price said 3 for five dollars he told 4 different customers that he will not change their prices because he can’t and that he wouldn’t; any way he was cursing at customers, being rude and waved them off he said he didn’t care about what was said that his manager told him to take the sign down but they were still up and we have pictures of the sign still being up also the time that we purchased our product I have been in management for over 25 years. customer that bring it to the register and pricing is not right do to company. the price should be change that’s everywhere Ben said not at their store someone really needs to retrain him if I could give a zero I would
