today I came to buy a us general tool box 56 top and bothom but they didn't have anyone after 3 pm to drive a forklift for loading ,very disappointed and I waited a long time for a discount like today to finally buy it, very unprofessional, also they couldn't even keep it until tomorrow after 5 pm same reason ….incompetent people work here !!!!

I was very disappointed. It's usually is a good store however I wanted to redeem a coupon and the item I wanted showed in stock online but was not in stock of the store and most of the stores shells removed because they were remodeling with no forewarning that is just piss poor management
