Jackson Hewitt tax Services were great.I had a lot more detail to my taxes this year and Delores was able to help me with that.When I went there Delores was very busy, so she made sure that another trained individual helped me. Her Name was Felicia. She explained everything to me. It was a nice atmosphere and everyone was helpful. i am very happy with the results. I am coming back next year and decidedThat Jackson Hewitt is my go to for tax services. Thank you to the gals in the burbank branch. You all are terrific!!!

So i've been doing my taxes here for the last 10yrs ever since they were located a few doors down. Never had one problem. This year i was surprised to find it was a new staff and under new ownership. I figured i'd give them a try anyway. What should of taken no more than half an hour ended up being over an hour. Lady doing our taxes apparently had zero experience. She messed up halfway and couldn't correct anything. At this point i should've walked away and gone elsewhere but it was my only day off and had other things to do. I regret this now. I had to wait for the new franchise owner to step in and finish. They insisted my taxes were done correctly. I was not %100 convinced but i was still willing to take a chance. Boy i was wrong. My refund has been delayed and still not gonna be issued to me for another 3 weeks due to a mistake they made. I'm only getting half of what they claimed i was gonna get and they still had the nerve to get angry over the phone when i called and asked about it. Horrible attitude and made no apology and hung up. NEVER had ANY problems with previous ownership. Not once. They were always polite and my refunds would get to me in less than a month with zero delays. I learned my lesson. If you wanna gamble with your taxes this is the place. Good luck.

The 3 ladies that were there made myself and my son so welcome. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually do my own taxes, but I had a variety of W-2’s and wanted an expert eye. They definitely made this a great experience and my son can’t wait to go back next year!
