I love my pharmacy. I have certain favorites, Lauren, Reese and, Laura. All three of these ladies always take their time to answer all my questions and, concerns. They all very friendly and, easy to talk to. Kudos to all three ♥️??

I went thru the checkout today 3/24/22 at 7910 S. Cicero. I told the cashier that I have an EBT card and slide the card thru. The cashier told me the total to pay her. I looked up at the register screen it said EBT $113 and I owed $130. What?!!! I told the cashier I did not spend $200 on these groceries!!! I just don't believe it the cashier just kept repeating the total and staring off into the distance. I had to give up every cent I had and didn't have enough for the total. I got home and the receipt showed no EBT transaction. I check the EBT website for a transaction but it was not there. So this zombie made me give up all my cash to pay the Peoples Gas bill. Now I'm hurting for cash thanks to Zombiella.

i organized my groceries on the belt to checkout and the cashier just throws them all in one bag opening all my fruit. doesn't even stop to let my load my cart so my groceries are getting mixed with the people behind me in line. terrible service

UPDATE: After sending several detailed emails, 3 weeks later I still have not gotten a call or even an email back from the appropriate party. So so so disappointed. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am with my experience at Jewel's hot food catering department. I was absolutely mortified when my husband went to pick up our HUGE order (that we paid for a few weeks in advance) and we were told chefs had not even started it. (Let me also add we called earlier in the day to confirm pickup time) My baby shower started at 3 and was scheduled to end at 6 due to the venue restrictions. Pickup was at 2:30 so we had planned for optimal transportation time. We did not receive the food until 4 pm and our guests did not eat til 4:30. The chicken was great, however the mashed potatoes and gravy were ice cold like they just pulled them out of the fridge. We had to heat the mashed potatoes in the venue's microwave. I was so so SO disappointed. When we spoke to the supervisor we were given a $25 gift card and a couple extra Hawaiian roll packs. I am not only disappointed that half of our party was spent waiting on food, but I am upset that my husband was not able to spend that time with me, our family and our friends enjoying the party like he should have been able to due to him waiting on food that should have been ready before our guests arrived. I am disappointed that the party was pushed back and we had to pay for more time at the venue as well. And to be given $25 and Hawaiian rolls was a really cheap "oops, sorry". Disappointed is not even the word. I spent my special day crying out of frustration. I am never and I mean NEVER catering from here ever again. The worst experience I've ever had with a catering company.

Most racist Jewel I’ve ever attended. Worked here for 2 days and got fired, easy to tell they didn’t want me here after the first day. 100% do not recommend working here if you want to be treated horribly.

Since when did you stop giving out raincheck? Was shopping there Saturday and you were out of 4 things that were on sale and I wanted to buy! (juice, pretzels, pizza rolls and strawberries). Why no raincheck??

I bought pasta 2 days ago that expired about 2 weeks ago. I returned it for a refund and the manager tells me, “next time be more mindful of the expiration dates.” They lack integrity so check your food if you shop with them.
