Very decent customer service. They may have over charged for service but I drive a city vehicle so they over charged the city of Chicago.

This place has the best customer service!! Both Reggie and Jon are amazing. I bring in my work service trucks and I also have been bringing my personal vehicles in as well. Great service and communication on my vehicles needs by these guys! I appreciate the great service both of them provide. They are very attentive of my cars needs. I Will definitely be coming here all the time!!

First and foremost, I hardly ever write reviews, so that itself, should say a lot. I was very impressed by the quality of work and how quickly it was completed. Ozzie was very informative and knowledgeable in his work; he will give you a full diagnostic of your vehicle, so that you get your money's worth because at the end of the day, its quality over quantity. If you are looking for a service center that can help prevent expensive maintenance in the long run, then this is it! I highly recommend this specific Jiffy Lube and will be a returning customer!
