I just want to say thank you so much to Xavier and Joe! Xavier was so caring about my visit here and took care of me in my desperate time of need. I called around the afternoon and Xavier said that I can come around 4 as long as I’m willing to wait so I’ve there short handed, but they got it done. I will continue to come here for service for years to come!

I originally had an appointment with Just Tires for Tuesday, 12/2. My schedule changed, so I called to see if I could reschedule for Monday, 12/1. I was told there was availability at 3:00 PM, so I arrived at that time.
When I walked in, Ruben was at the counter. He greeted me and was friendly at first. I explained that I had been told I could come in a day earlier. As soon as I said this, his whole demeanor changed. There was an awkward silence, so I asked if he needed my information or anything from me.
He responded angrily, saying, “You caught me in the middle of something! I can’t write you up right now. I’ll put you in the line.” I then asked whether I should wait at the counter or have a seat. He snapped again and said I could do either.
I sat down, and for the next 30 minutes, he never once asked for my name, vehicle information, or anything related to my original appointment. He never let me know when I would be written up or gave any estimate of the wait. During this time, several other customers came in. He greeted them kindly, wrote up tickets for them, and even told one couple he would get them out ASAP. Meanwhile, he continued going in and out of the service area and taking calls without acknowledging me at all.
This was my first time trying to do business with Just Tires, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy left a very bad impression. I had no issue with waiting — the issue was his attitude and complete lack of customer service. I ended up calling another business, who treated me with respect and handled my concerns immediately. Ruben overheard my entire conversation as I was leaving and still didn’t attempt to address the situation.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Worst experience here . They have very bad service their lazy and the lie alot . Took my car to the it wasn't making any noise but when I pick it up it's starting making noise bad I drove off so As I pull up in the lot to tell before I could get out the car he's telling me that something is not tight meaning he knew it wasn't fixed right before he gave back. Over all don't go they don't fix the right stuff they liar about the workers being there and the have nasty attitudes and they all men. I'm never going here again

Service is slow, need to hire more people. Brought my truck in for wheel alignment and took them 1 whole day to tell me they couldn't do it because I needed suspension work, so I returned the next day and it took me 1 hour in line just to pick up my truck, save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

This place has become terrible since recent management very unprofessional very disrespectful. I came in trying to inquire about purchasing four tires. I have been coming to this location for over four years and I would never step back in there again the two gentlemen that managed the store don't know their names cause they never gave it to me. One new black male very disrespectful. The other is a Hispanic male with glasses in a lot of rings on his fingers. I would never step back up in the store again too damn disrespectful and to know that I was sold a used tire by somebody who don't wanna work there anymore never again I'm letting people know. Do not shop there. Do not spend your money there. They don't respect you they don't respect your time or nothing.

I called this tire shop to get some details on a set of tires I was considering. Joe provided me with a lot of information that helped me make an informed decision. He was patient, professional and pleasant to work with. It's because of him that I decided to get my tires installed at his location. I do recommend this place for tire purchase and installation.

Service is always fast and friendly. Very effective with communicating the issues on your vehicle and tackling on the task at hand. Will return for any other issues with my vehicle, they are just that great. Xavier and Joe ensure the tire was done right and got me out in good timing.

Paid for balancing, they didn’t do the service. All they did was throw my front tires to the rear, and I have a staggered wheel setup and they thought I wouldn’t notice. Poor customer service and cut corners!
