Went in for a grooming appointment at this location & the groomer Claudia right away mentioned their system was down & that I had to wait a couple minutes which I was okay with but then as time went by the “system was still out” as she came to finally to try and check us in an hour & a half later she told me she wasn’t able to groom my baby because his ears were too matted. I understood the reason for that. But my baby has a lot of fur so I wanted her to groom his body at least and her and the manger refused to do any type of service on him. They wasted so much time just for her to say she can’t do anything on my baby. I’m sad because I waited for a week for this appointment and he couldn’t even get a trim.

Julietta is the best!! My dogs love her... I would not be taking my baby no more. 6 hours my dog in a cage. At first I let them because I thought it was normal. Sad imagine 6 hours in cage.??,

Not so many animals like pet co has I’d definitely go to petco to look for a pet but I’d definitely buy animal food here

The terrible service they gave to my dog, it took 3 and a half hours depending on how they cut her hair, we gave instructions to the girl and she did a bad job, apart from that they charged us a lot, I am very upset with the service and the treatment they gave her. they gave my puppy?

My friend went to this petsmart to get her dog a haircut and he came back with a clear rubber band tied around his leg. The staff claims they didn't see anything in the camera footage, said it could've been an accident, and blamed it on them. The rubber band was cutting the dog's blood circulation and got so bad they had to take him to the vet. Seemed like they used a clear band intentionally. I hope yall get sued
